13 DPO, really confused here

Hi everyone, Newbie here. My story is a bit long but bare with me. Spouse and I already have a 5 (almost 6) DS and we've had a MC and Ectopic earlier this year already. April was the last loss and we decided to give it a break for a while, due to extreme disappointment. So we haven't been TTC but we haven't been preventing it either. Something feels different this month then the previous months after the losses. I do not chart my temps or use OPK, just my app and body changes to determine ovulation. My cycles are calculated at 31 days with Ov on CD 18. We DTD on CD 14 & 15, I automatically assumed I wouldn't fall pg based on not DTD any other time this cycle. Well, that weekend I went to a Birthday party, had a few beers and Jell-O shots, got home and threw up EVERY SINGLE JELL-O SHOT!! Figured I was just not use to Jell-O shots anymore. (no big deal). CD 22 (5DPO) I started waking up really sleepy and never really waking up all day, even after coffee. By CD 26 (8DPO) My breast started feelin really heavy and tender, assumed my cycle was about to start until I check previous charts and it was really early for PMS. The next day I was at a youth football game and began getting nauseous out of no where...chalked it up to concession stand food, until it happened again the next day first thing in the morning after I drank my coffee. Then I started to worry..and google...and the anxiety kicked it. I tested CD27, 28, & 29 BFN (not even a squinter). Cycle is due today/tomorrow, no I am afraid to test and either be disappointed again or being the 2nd phase of anxiety due to the previous losses. So what do you guys think, based on this little information?
