Am I going crazy? 5dpo symptoms

Hi Ladies, So my fiance and I did the BD during my fertile window for our first time TTC! The night after my ovulation day I had some mild cramping very similar to AF. These cramps have continued right up until today (5dpo). I have had several other symptoms I've never experienced before this early in my cycle, I'll list them below 1dpo: mild cramping in lower abdomen 2dpo: mild cramping continued throughout the day, very wet milky cm, dizzy spells, nausea on and off, major fatigue so tired, bloated and constipation, gassy 3dpo: cramping continued, woke up with a lot of wet milky cm that continued throughout the day, nauseas when I woke up and continued throughout the day, random tingling in my right nipple, fatigued 4dpo: watery milky cm and lots of it, cramps still there, bloated after eating anything, constipation and gassyness 5dpo: watery milky cm continues, cramping continued, fatigue has returned, bloated after any food, constipation continues, nipples extremely itchy Anyone else experience these symptoms currently or before they got their BFP!

If you feel tired all of a sudden or even exhausted it could also be a pregnancy sign. No one knows for sure what causes early pregnancy fatigue, but it could possibly be that rapidly increasing levels of the hormone progesterone are contributing to a woman’s sleepiness. You should start to feel more energetic once you hit your second trimester. However, fatigue usually returns late in pregnancy when you are carrying around a lot more weight and some of the common discomforts of pregnancy make it more difficult to get good night’s sleep. Implantation bleeding. Some women have a small amount of vaginal bleeding called implantation bleeding, around 11 or 12 days after conception, close to the time you might notice a missed period. The bleeding may be caused by the fertilized egg burrowing into the blood-rich lining of the uterus. This process starts just six days after fertilization, but as I already said, no one knows that for sure. The bleeding is very light, appearing as red spotting or pink or reddish-brown staining, and lasts only a day or two. You should let your practitioner know if you notice any bleeding or spotting, particularly if it is accompanied by pain since this can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy.

both my pregnancies the tingling nipples was my first sign, and both times happened around 5-7 days after ovulation! i think you're pregnant!!!
