Google is confusing me so much

Hi guys. Have been TTC for 1+ year now. Partner and I in our 20s. On the 23&26 June we BD (CD 9 & 12 - 5 and 8 Days post AF also during fertile period according to “Flo” app) on July 13 on day 24 of cycle (every month cycle is 28 days exactly and AF Lasts 3/4 days Usually) on July 13 I got a light/medium AF with only need to change ST once and following morning it was mostly disappeared which is unusual for me. Have had nothing since. This month I tried OPKS for the first time 2 days before predicted ovulation, EWCM etc and they have all been negative despite VD as normal just extra there. Little cramps today but nothing major, feeling extremely nauseous, loss of appetite most days and little tired lately and lots of CM but not sticky or creamy? TMI sorry. This morning I did HPT and there was a very faint line for a couple of minutes straight after the 5 minutes or so it disappeared to negative. I am so confused and not even sure where I am on my cycle anymore due to negative OPKs. Please help thank you x
