Do You Think I Am Pregnant?

light bleeding week before period due

Missed AF last month and called the doc. My dr said to continue taking my birth control and see if I get AF next time around. I took several pregnancy tests and all came up neg so I ignored it. I started experiencing fatique and nausea but I though that my recent increase in work hours were stressing me out and making me tired. I then noticed weird little things like my urine smelling strong, like a coffee type smell.
Anyway, It is now a week before my next period is due and I noticed a light watery pink discharge. Not even enough to drip, just when wiped after urination. That was yesterday. Today I experienced a rather strong period like cramp in my right side followed by a small gush of watery pink/red blood. Just enough to see a small streak on a liner. This lasted for about 10 minutes and then it stopped. Should I consider this my AF coming early to make up for missing it last time? I have NEVER had a late or missed period before and it usually comes like clockwork on the same day. I am currently on the microgestin pill but there were a few days last month that I completely forgot to take them. Should I even be considering pregnancy or do you think its just a random coincidence?
Help please!

I would consider that when the "blastocyst" implants, that is what makes you "spot" before your normal AF. I would take a test after your AF is passed due!
