PCOS with Irregular Cycles (No Periods)

I have been having these symptoms since last Tues: cramping (mainly at night time) sometimes sharp & painful very low in the abdominal area they can feel like a dull ache & pressure at times. Also having vivid dreams, back ache (on & off), boobs feel heavier and slightly sore today, have been burping a lot (don't know if this is a pregnancy symptom) & some wind at nighttime & frequently urinating. I woke up this morning feeling very tired & like id been out drinking! I don't have periods & have irregular cycles so its hard to know when I ovulated & don't have periods so don't know when AF should have been due! I've been tracking my temperature every morning & it's been all over the place it's up then down etc etc. I have also been using OPK tests strips but don't think they are reliable as I have PCOS, sometimes like look positive in the morning then negative in the afternoon. I am very dry at the moment no mucus. I tested yesterday & BFN which I was surprised at as having so many pregnancy symptoms. Could be too early to test though! Also I have not seen a real spike in my temperature in the mornings...but with my last pregnancy according to the doctor I was a week pregnanct before my temperature elevated. What do you think?? Here's hoping for us all!
