After 2 years of trying BFP!!! 10dpo 12dpt clomid

Hello I cant believe i m actually writing in this forum i have read so many story's. I Have had so much heart break but now after trying with my wife and a known doner for 2 years trying other donors yet to end in tears, we decided to go through the doctors the first time using there cryobank we tried i just did no observation as far as ultrasounds with 50 mg of clomid. No success with the first round and I always thought i had low progesterone and my hormone levels where off but the problem was we were trying to early and i might not have been releasing mature eggs. Anyways we thought i ovulated cycle day 9, nope way to early . Sooooo this time i asked my doctor if we could use same donor if we could do a trigger shot and ultrasounds monitoring with the clomid well the discovered i was def way to early last time. Had my trigger shot at 10 days his time and released two mature eggs on the 12th my lining had doubled and according to the blood work my levels where perfect! So all i had was hope but then i got nervous because you know you get the same symptoms lower back ache, boobs hurt moody bloating.... all these were the same except i never get up to pee at night well i had been getting up 3 times a night lol. MY wife had me test out the trigger just one day to see if it was still in my system well 8dpts, 6dpos i did a dollar store and it was evap boarder line squinting so we knew then the trigger shot had to be out of my system. At 12dpts,10dpos my wife convinced me to test so i said alight its to early though, and when she came out of the bathroom she did say much so i thought yeah to early but then sent our 3 1/2 year old out with a shirt that said big sister i was like no really no REALLY , are sure , the she handed me a digital that said pregnant and frer that was undefinable pregnant she said it poped up positive as it hit the pee lol that quick, but of course i was in dinal so i had her pic up dollor store ones to and i tested on those the next to mornings as well as the frers and ever one got darker and popped up so quick DEFINETLY pregnant!!! have a beta on Friday the 17th to confirm levels and everything but i have no dought .Baby dust everyone!! It with happen I swear.

PCOS, Clomid, IUI * no injectables

Quick back story: I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18. I have always watched my weight, ate healthy and worked out! I am not a tooth pick by any means but 5'6 and 146 lbs. I had my son two years ago, he's a clomid baby and an iui was not needed. After my son I went back to working out, eating healthy and began to ovulate on my own! YAY! My husband was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma last year and it put a halt on our family planning. After being put on a wait list for the fertility clinic we waited a long 8 months before getting the first appt to come in! (We are unable to conceive on our own due to chemotherapy, we must wait a minimum of 18 months before his little friends are safe) SO he froze some for me before the treatment and here we are... P.S. my husband is now in remission. Alright, so fast track forward to February, I got AF on Feb 15/17. Clomid was taken day 3-7 during this cycle and I caught the LH surge on March 2nd, went in the next day for IUI March 3rd (CD 18) This was my first ever IUI! Symptoms! Day 0 - right ovary in pain, lower back ache! Day of IUI! 1 dpo - bloated, immediately apparently a side effect of clomid? Ovary pain gone so I assume the egg is out! 2 - 3 dpo - bloated 4 dpo - implantation I believe, two sharp pricks in the uterus a feeling of an egg being burrowed in. 5 dpo - bloating, bouts of nausea, head ache. Seriously gassy, I could clear a room 6 dpo - tested with a dollar store cheapie, why?!? Waaaaay to early totally a BFN no nausea today but a head ache, bloated, gassy.. I could knock someone out. 7 dpo - bloated, gassy, head ache, low back sore, nausea, hungry, tired ,right nipple is sore but I'm chalking it up to me feeling them up looking for soreness haha. 8 - 9 dpo - same as above but breasts are rediculously sore, I said to my husband "I don't even need to test, I'm pregnant" 10 dpo - 6am tested with a FRER and FMU BFP!!!!!!!! Its a squinter but its totally there. No nausea today but I'm still bloated and my boobs are sore sore sore. Tired and hungry! I also ate a toasted tomato, turkey, lettuce and cheese sandwich every day with a pickle on the side... May or may not be a symptom. I wanted to post this on here because you can seriously get symptoms early! I had no idea.. I actually brushed a lot of of it off as clomid side effects (although I have taken it before) but the nausea was a give away. Baby dust to all!!!

BFP 9 dpo 1st Round of Clomid

Hi All! I can't believe I am finally writing this. My husband and I have been TTC for over a year. My periods were pretty much non-existent other than occasional spotting, so I knew my chances were pretty much 0. 6 months ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I am 5,4", 135 pounds, no insulin resistance, so not your typical PCOS. I was shocked. I was put on Progesterone cycle days 14-28 to induce periods, and she said it may throw me into a cycle. Several months ago I got a positive OPK and was so excited but my progesterone came back at 5 and I was told I did not ovulate. Last month, after TTC 1 year, I was put on clomid 50 my. I got a positive OPK on day 18 and my progesterone came back at 17.5! We BD'd almost every day the week and a half before I ended up ovulating and the day I ovulated. We also used pre-seed because I don't have a lot of CM. I was sure I wouldn't get pregnant the first month, although it was hard not to symptom spot. I also temped. My bbt dropped on day 18 and spiked after that. I had a dip in my bbt around 5 dpo and got my faint but positive BFP on first response on 9 dpo (on our first day of vacation with my family). My symptoms: -DPO 1-8: sore nipples from the time I ovulated, but this was most likely from ovulation because it faded away when I got my BFP. -9 DPO morning: told my sister I thought I was out this month. Very little symptoms and didn't "feel" pregnant. -9 DPO afternoon: weird twinges/cramping in my uterus. Wanted to drink a beer on the beach but had this feeling I should test first. Tested in the middle of the day with only a 1 hour hold and got my BFP! I was in shock! 10 DPO - now: AF-like cramping comes and goes. My OB says it's totally normal. 13 DPO: some light pink/red spotting when I wiped but it went away the next day. Could have been do to intercourse. 17 DPO: BETA 378 :) 5 weeks pregnant: my breasts became very full and super tender. It hurts to even walk down the stairs. I am now 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Still crampy occasionally and sharp jolts to my pubis. I am so happy. Hang in there ladies. I know it feels like it will never happen, and my heart goes out to everyone who struggles with infertility. I know many have a harder road than myself. Baby dust to all. Fingers crossed that I will have an uneventful 9 months!

BFP 12dpo with 1st cycle of clomid after depo shot

So, a little background I am 27, dh is 28. We have been married just over eight years and have two boys (5 & 3) conceived with no medical help. After my second son, I was on the patch, however due to certain circumstances with migraine meds I went onto the depo shot because the migraine meds made the patch less likely to work. So fast forward, I only had two shots - one in sept of 2015 and a second in dec of 2015. After the second shot we decided that when it would be out of my system (about six months from December) then we would be ready to try for our third. Well June of 2016 came and I had a period. We weren't tracking ovulation but I knew I ovulated around cd 18 Bc I have always had a 32 day cycle, like clockwork. No prior issues conceiving both my boys - first month with my oldest, third month trying with my second. Due date for my period came and went. Took a pregnancy test, BFN. Went to my ob, he said wait a few more weeks, if nothing by September then come in. So we waited throughout the rest of July and all of august. No period. Went in and he decided to start my period with medroxyprogesterone. Two weeks later I had a period, tracked with ovulation tests. My body tried to ovulate and failed. Jump started my period in October, same thing. Same for November. December we jump started again and my body didn't even bother to try to ovulate. Same for January 2017. Finally we decided clomid would be the way to go. So, my period came Jan 29th and I took clomid days 5-9 at 50 msg. We bd every other day after the last day of clomid until cd 17 when I finally got a positive ovulation test, so we bd 17 and 18, by cd18 pm the surge was gone. So, at cd23 got my progesterone checked and it was 14! I Finally ovulated!!!! So, my symptoms: Cd 15-cd19 bad ovulation cramps. Both sides. It was bad, hurt to bd, told dh to take it easy. 1dpo constipation and gas 2dpo same 3 dpo same 5dpo same 6dpo same 7dpo still the same, but some cramping and tired 8dpo same as 7 9dpo still comstipated, gassy, cramping a little more, tired, and headaches. Are my nipples getting darker? Also had a hot flash and dizzy spell...implantation? 10dpo const. gassy, tired, more hungry. Wake up starving and I don't do breakfast. Got nauseous near fresh seafood in the grocery store. What? I love seafood. Must be the progesterone I've been taking 2xs a day since ovulation. And extra cm...hmmm not sure. 11dpo my nose is smelling more..sweaty kid in the hair cut place making me feel sick. Still constipated and gassy. Bloated, some pinching and pulling. Stupid progesterone. 12dpo nurse said should start by now and it hasn't, take internet cheapie with fmu just get it over with. Come back ten minutes later...is that a line? Yell to my dh who doesnt believe me. Run to the store to get more tests, just a basic Kroger brand with a line, grab digital too but waiting a few more days for using those Bc it's a faint line. Get home and take the Kroger test and another internet cheapie, yup BFP!! Still faint but it's there! 13dpo test again with fmu with ic, getting darker! Bloods this morning and waiting for results. A lot of these signs were signs for progesterone and clomid, so I thought it was not our cycle. Especially since I had no implantation bleeding which I had with my first two, and no confusing stomach bug wanna be after implantation. So I thought this cycle was a bust, but it wasn't!!! Have hope ladies!!

BFP at DPO 19 2nd round of clomid 100mg

I've been stalking this board for months and I'm excited to finally share my BFP story. I went off birth control in June of 2016 and experienced extremely irregular periods- after a 56 day and a 62 day cycle, I saw my doctor and he referred me to a an OB/GYN with fertility experience. Upon further inspection, it was clear that my ovulation had perhaps never been normal- and he suggested I try Clomid. I was relieved to finally have a way to get back on track with TTC.... and sure enough, after one cycle of 50mg days 3-5 I got that illusive solid smiley face on CD18. We BD'd at all the right times, and I experienced every symptom in the book before getting a negative pregnancy test two weeks later. I was sad but at least happy I had ovulated. The next cycle I took 100mg of Clomid on days 2-6, partially by mistake with the increased dose (the pharmacy automatically increased my dose by 50mg every month, and I followed the instructions without thinking much about it... oops....) and I am pretty sure I ovulated from BOTH ovaries on CD21. We BD'd on CD17, 19, 21, 22 and 23. Here we go with a day by day report: 1 DPO: Brownish spotting, didn't have this last cycle. Learned it must be ovulation spotting 2-3 DPO: some pink spotting but not sure if it was from just constantly looking for spotting and causing some irritation or what. I think it was self-inflicted. 3-6 DPO: HOT constantly. I complained enough at work that someone on my team asked me if she wanted her to buy me a fan. Lol. Another oops. VIVID dreams. Like crazy vivid. Pelvic pain on both sides, feeling like eggs were moving down both fallopian tubes (call me crazy, but clomid ovulation is like a freight train...) 6-10 DPO: same, felt like I was sneezing more, gums felt sore here and there, more dreams, some cramping in my uterine area. It felt like the first day of my period- that heavy, achey feeling. A few sharp pains around my uterus and some ovary pains. Random sharp pains but not bad sharp, just noticeable. 10-14 DPO: boobs started to hurt. At first just nipples, then a bit on the sides. CM started to pick up- enough that I kept thinking it was my period. Paranoia setting in. Frantically looking for implantation bleeding! Lol, silly I know! 14-19 DPO: Go on a trip that included a wedding. Slept on every flight, in every car ride, and the moment my head hit the bed. Resisting the urge to test because I couldn't face a BFN. But the ridiculous exhaustion should have tipped me off! This might be TMI, but I have violent stomach problems on 15 DPO :) It ended after half a day, so who knows what it was... but man, that sucked. Boobs got more sore every day, started to feel achey when I took a morning run. Getting more tired. Peeing CONSTANTLY. Like every 45 minutes. Finally, this morning using FMU, on 19DPO with ragingly obvious symptoms, I got the most positive tests I could imagine. Woke up my husband at 8am still shaking from the excitement of seeing the second line show up. Took another test later in the day (the one with the cross result)- and got a strong positive after maybe holding my pee for 30 minutes. So yeah, I'm knocked up! This is a first child for us and we are so excited to be another Clomid success story. Now praying for sticky baby dust!

1st clomid cycle 11 dpo BFP!

Me and the hubby have been together for 9 years this year and have been trying to conceive off and on for about 4 years with no success. We literally tried everything you could think of or read of online... I decided to go see an infertility specialist in January of this year and we did a bunch of testing from blood work to HSG, everything came back normal. My doctor was talking about doing an IUI for my first cycle with them but it wouldn't be until march that we would do that due to the time it would take to do the testing. I asked if I could try clomid this first cycle and it worked! 50 mg days 3-7, I ovulated 4 days after my HSG test which may have helped! I got my positive ovulation test on CD 16, we inserted the swimmers using a softcup CD 14,15 and 16... sounds crazy but after so long of trying sometimes your just tired... which I was lol. Anyways he would go in the cup and I would insert and leave in for about 30 minutes on CD 14,15 however on CD 16 he has a little bit more volume so I decided to put some I. A syringe and slower release it in me then put the remaining that was in the softcup inside of me. I honestly had no real symptoms that were different from every other month, I felt dull pains on 6 dpo that I thought might just be in my head because I was symptom spotting, I was tired but just thought it was from work and eating bad, nipples were sore starting 8dpo but this always happens after o until af. 9 dpo I felt nauseous at night but attributed it to me eating 3 ice creams (whoops!) then 11 dpo I decided to test using target brand blue dye with second day urine at 12pm and got a very faint line which you can see in the picture... I still wasn't convinced so I bought cvs brand digital with now 3rd day urine that I basically pushed out 30 minutes after the 1st test and it came up pregnant! I'm shocked!! Going to blood work tomorrow wish me luck! Good luck ladies!!

Was planning to schedule a HSG next month!!!!

BFP with Clomid first month! TTC 4months

I am still in shock but wanted to share my story to give someone somewhere some encouragement. About me, I'm 27 and my DH is 28 and 4 months ago we decided to start a family. I was diagnosed with thin PCOS soon after and was prescribed 50 mg of Clomid once my doctor realized I was not ovulating on my own. Fast forward to the November 30th, I got my period and started taking the pills on CD 3-7 with estrogen supplements on CD 8-12. My CD 10 follicle scans showed 2 mature eggs 17mm and 18mm on my right side (loaded with cysts) and a 13.5mm on my right side. I was overjoyed to see that the Clomid was working for me. FYI - I am an extreme pessimistic. I started temping for the first time because based on those number my nurse believed I was going to ovulate mid-cycle. I was skeptical because my I never gotten a positive OPK and my cycle average around 40 days. So on CD 14 I got a positive OPK and that week we BD 5 times. I saw my temp rise on CD 16 and believe I ovulated. During this week, I experienced severe ovulation pain unable to walk or move at times. My bowel movements were painful and having sex was almost unbearable. My nurse said this is common especially if you haven't ovulated in a long time plus it was my for month on Clomid. I thought she was crazy. 1-5DPO - I was still in pain. Walking was so hard I worked from home to stay under the heat pad. During this time my breast was hurting and I had CM. I thought it was still the aftermath of ovulating. CD 21 I got my progestrone pulled and it was 72! I was dumbfounded that I actually ovulated and possible with multiple follicles. My nurse said I was sure to get pregnant. I was again skeptical. 8DPO - the worse happened. I was rushed to the ER with serve cervical pains and cramping that parallelized me. I was confident that a cyst had erupted. Keep in mind this the day before Christmas Eve and on Christmas we were planning to travel to China for the holiday. The ran many test including a beta pregnancy test - which came back negative less than 3 - and everything looked find. I was incredible frustrated. At this moment I knew I didn't want to take Clomid right away or at least not at 50mg. The ER doctor said I have over stimulated ovaries and this pain should subside. I was pissed because it felt more than just "ovary pains." So 5 hours later we were driving back home. 9DPO - I cried 2 hours because the beta test was negative and I felt this entire process was worthless. My husband kept saying it was too early to tell but I had watched countless youtube videos with women getting faint lines on 8DPO - silly me thinking I was going to be like everyone else. 10DPO - Christmas morning, I took an online cheapie and I saw a faint line. I asked my DH what he saw and he said he saw a line as well. I was indifferent and chalked it up to a false positive. We board our 17hr plane to China and I am 1000% nausea, unable to eat, brown spotting, cramping, and extremely gassy. You can only imagine how comfortable this ride was. We travel frequently and I knew something was up but couldn't believe I was pregnant. 11DPO - After finally getting into our hotel room, I took another cheapie and bam the line was much darker. I then took a Clear Blue Digital and saw the words pregnant! I am 4 weeks now sitting in a hotel in China trying not to puke while enjoying our holiday. Will you believe me if i tell you I am still in disbelieve. Can't wait to get the final confirmation from my nurse! Keep believing ladies because this too will be your story - but better!

BFP with Clomid first month! TTC 4months

So I told myself I would write one of these once or if I ever saw a BFP. As you can tell, I am beyond pessimistic. So I have always had irregular periods since I was 11. I never took b/c because never saw the need. Fast forward to 4 months ago when my DH and I wanted to start trying for a kid. I know my irregular periods - 40 day average cycle - would prove to be an issues. For 3 months, we tried on our own and I never once saw a positive OPK. I knew something was up. Went to a RE and he said I have thin PCOS. I was like "WTH is that." I was dumbfounded. I was always told that having longer periods were not a big issues and have been really active in my life since grade school. I eat a relatively organic veggie based diet and thought I was the golden girl for healthy living. Unfortunately I was not educated enough about what was going on with my body. So the RE decides to put me on Clomid 50MG cycle 3-7 with estrogen supplements form 8-12. I was skeptical about Clomid and was still in shock that I had a rare form of PCOS. Anyways follicle scan showed 17mm and 18mm follicles and I was estatic. Few days later got my first every positive OPK on CD 14 - almost missed it but was testing twice a day. We BD about 4 times that week. I was temping as well and say the spike on CD 16. I was dumbfounded how standard everything was working going when the month before I had a 40day cycle. Anyways right after my positive OPK I started experiencing excruciating ovulation pain. I was unable to walk for long times or move. When I sneezed or coughed or even laughed I was in intensive pains. This went on for 10 days after my positive OPK. I was even rushed to the ER on 8 DPO. I was unable to walk and was screaming so loud my DH called the EMT right away. My RE and the ER doctor said the same thing, I have over stimulated ovaries. It looks like the Clomid worked "too well." Well at the ER they did a beta pregnancy test and my numbers came back less than 3. I was devastated. I didn't want to go to this pain again. I kept reading that 8 DPO might be to early to tell. 9PO woke up incredibly depressed and wept for 2 hours straight. 10PDO I took a cheapie pregnancy test not expecting anything and poof there a faint line. Christmas Day and we got a confirmation we were pregnant. My DH confirmed because someones my eyes can fool me. Well I still didn't believe it. We were - currently in - on our way to China and I was just focusing on making the flight. Well 17 hours later I took another cheapie and this time the line was much brighter. I took a clear blue digital and boom - PREGNANT. I can't believe how fast this worked for us on Clomid but it was not without its issues. Let me know if you want to hear my symptoms by DPO.

Miracle BFP after 2 LONG years TTC with IUI!

As I sit here and type this I literally can't believe I this is happening yet-does NOT feel real at all!!! I got my first ever bfp ever in all my life on November 12, 2016. SO much has happened in the last few weeks and I am currenly 7 weeks pregnant. I would love to share my story as reading everyone else's story got me through so much anxiety and gave me hope, this is a long story, but hang tight, I want to be precise for you ladies! Background: I am 31, hubby is 32. I am in great shape, eat pretty great and workout about 3-4 x a week. I am not a heavy drinker but hubby loves his craft beers socially. We have been married for 10 years. 2 years ago we finally decided to try for our first baby, I had no interest in rushing starting a family because I wanted to have all our ducks in a row, finish my career, own a home, travel together and grow within our marriage. Fast forward now 2 years later, we would have never thought it would take this long-ever!! I figured it would take 6 months max. Started getting some diagnostic work to see if all checked out after 6 months of not even a hint of a bfp. All checked out on my end. My DH on the other hand had his first semen analysis done and he had a great count, but 2% morphology and pretty awful motility as well. I cried when I found out because that female Dr. made me feel like that report would cut our pregnancy chances each month by 50%. I was determined to change this!! I immediately did my research-boy am I good at this! Got him started on the fertile aid supplements for men, and made him take 2000mg of vitamin C a day, also got him on probiotics. After 4 months his numbers improved pretty great yet we were still not pregnant. Meanwhile during all this time I was getting poked and prodded still thinking it was me that had the issue and had all kinds of fertility lab tests done under the sun. Hormone labwork and HSG all normal. Nothing was working to help us get pregnant. I was so heartbroken every month and every one around me was getting pregnant so easily! So in the end of spring of 2016 I went to a well known RE (my 3rd one I had seen) and he immediately said we needed one more diagnostic test for me and brand new semen analysis for him. After him being on MONTHS of fertile aid and Motility boost supplements he still had again poor motility and poor morphology. Our next step was IUI with clomid and a trigger shot of Ovridel. The month before our IUI on November 1st, we had the final diagnostic for me which was the hysteroscopy (internal uterus check and biopsy under general anesthesia). Man, if this did not help, I was going to scream....felt so sad to have all this done when people get pregnant for free always!! Fast forward, we started on 100 mg of Clomid, turns out, I was told by my RE I was an egg making machine!! It worked like a charm, it made me have like 6-8 mature follicles on the first shot. So we did a trigger shot on Halloween, the next day, we did our IUI, and the good thing is my RE does back to back IUI's to maximize the chances of the egg meeting the sperm so ASK FOR THAT!!! Hubby after sperm wash was only 6.8 million good sperm and the day after on the 2nd insemination was only 5.3 million. Our RE said it was a very "marginal" amount, so he wasn't thrilled at all. But I figured, we are doing two, so it can help!! Now for the DREADED TWW: I had severe cramping on ovulation day/ insemination day, so I know the trigger shot worked! DPO 1-8 NOTHING that told me I could be pregnant! I had period type low cramps every day like when I would always get my period, I was so distraught this expensive procedure that was NOT covered by our insurance would work and I prayed so much that it would. I literally would go in another room and cry by myself every night thinking this had failed and we would have to try multiple rounds and eventually have to do IVF. I didn't want my extremely faith positive husband to see me. Then on 9DPO I was at the mall with my mom and I got dizzy twice. Thought that was weird for sure! The next morning, I woke up and had a hint of egg white CM in my underwear which by the time I am about to get my period I am dry as s bone or get the sticky white CM. 2nd major clue. That night I took I clear blue test and got a faint BFP!!!! I knew it! All the praying we did to ask God for it to work the first time, and he listened!! Don't get discouraged, and ask God almighty to step in and work a miracle for you, he has rescued us time and time again. Good luck ladies, we are so excited and can't wait the arrival of our little blessing. P.S. we were going to have twins and didn't know it, we had one baby stuck in my left tube and had it removed emergency status, we were absolutely devastated that all this would end in a loss. We asked God for a miracle fervently, and days later my RE found a baby with a heartbeat in my womb that the hospital missed when we had surgery for the ectopic. God is SO good, have faith!!!
