I was looking for just this topic. I keep thinking I'm taking a ton of stuff but now realize most of you are taking more.

Here goes....

1 prenatal vitamin
1-2 500mg Royal Jelly a day
3 capsules Milk thistle (first day after AF ends to day I get positive OPK)
3 capsules evening primrose oil (same time frame as milk thistle)
Iron in the form of 10ml liquid shot 2x/day

Considering the tea and fertileCM pill. Does anyone have any thoughts on the fertileCM pill? Maybe I'll just add the tea. It will help put more water in me at the same time.
Have 8 yr old DD
Tried for #2 since 2008
Finally got pregnant again Nov. 2013.
Miscarried Jan 2014 @ 14 wks.
Uterus surgery 3/2013 to remove tissue left from MC
First IUI April 2014-BFN
May had cyst put on BC
Second IUI June 6, 2014- BFN
Taking month off of assistance with infertility. Doing a round at home using SMEP. BFN

7/2014 Started IVF trial.
9/2014- 17 eggs retrieved. 8 fertilized, 2 for 3dt, 2 snowbabies.
9/19/2014- blood taken and waiting for results on 9/22. Also took HPT, BFP.

I take 1 Rainbow light Prenatal a day

Which consist of the following :

Any thoughts on the effectiveness of any of the following supplements to assist with anxiety/depression recovery:

Folic acid, Omega-3s, Saffron, St. John’s wort, Tryptophan, 5-HTP

I've been at it for 5 months (yoga, meditation, mindfulness, etc) and I am still struggling.. considering a supplement to help me a bit.

From what I understand Folium acid (and vitamin B12) and Vitamin D are the most important. Vitamin D especially to conceive.

And Vitamin A can give problems to the pregnancy if you take too much, so since you take "A LOT" keep that in mind :)
