I have 3 months worth. But yes it would be taken for 2 weeks then break. But dubious they will help as not even sure I have ovulated at all these past (nearly 5 months).do u think it’s worth asking for another blood test since the last one was 3 months again, to see if they can see if I have?

If you have not had a period no you did not
Ovulate and if you did and start progesterone it won’t affect anything. My advice is to take the progesterone, jumpnstart a period get yourself some
Vitex or fertiilaid and start that to help your hormones.

Congrats on the marriage and the decision to conceive! My husband and I have been married for almost 6 years and TTC naturally for about 5 years. I too was on BC for about 10 years and I was worried I ruined my chances of getting pregnant after being on the pill for so long but my scans and blood tests have all come out normal. We did our first IUI today and hopefully it will be successful but of course it's out of our hands. I have been going through so much in the past two weeks and I have so many emotions right now but I know no matter what everything will be ok. I will say a prayer for us all tonight. Keep us updated ♡

Hi all!
So finally a developement. I decide to hold off taking the meds as I have a spa booked on the 17th! So didn’t want to risk being on for that.
But magically I have actually come on by myself !! Total shock... maybe because I just knew I had a plan in place after the 17th to take the meds so I relaxed abit more?!
Will take ovulation tests in a couple weeks time ... but hard to tell when ovulating as first natural period. Well at the min it’s very light at the min but least it’s something !
Wish me luck and thank you all for your help - I do think talking about this all has helped too!! Xx

Hey, am all okay thank you! I thought my period had stopped as got lighter and lighter but then it started up again! Hopefully next month is our month. Think end of April if I don’t get a positive test I’m going to go docs for another blood test! Really hope I don’t have to wait too long to get pregnant. It’s so very strange how for some people it happens so quickly and others it doesn’t :-( xxx

Hey! Usually, a lot of people do experience this after getting off the pill. It's still weird though. If I were you, I'd consult a specialist right away. Doctors do know exactly, what's up. Good luck! Hopefully, it's nothing serious.

I wondered if any one can relate as at the min I do feel like I’m on my own. I stopped taking the pill Nov 17 after me and my partner got married in Oct. I was on the pill for 10 years and i was reallly hoping that I would come on ASAP - unfortuanlty not the case and it has been 122 days...
I’ve had a scan and it’s not PCOS and blood test all okay ...
we are only just starting to try now for a baby but I wondered as not come on yet - can I still get pregnant pretty quickly ? Wondered if anyone in the same boat and had got pregnant without a ‘normal’ period after stopping the pill?
Also any advice would be great!! X

Hi, hope you are fine. sorry to know about your problem. You are too young. I suggest you should consult some good doctors. Have some more tests. You will soon be all fine. you will be pregnant. Never lose hope. everything will be alright. Good wishes.

I'm glad to see your post. You shared your experience of first time TTC that can help other for information. You can get pregnant once you stop the pill before AF arrives. I have a friend who faces the same problem as you. She waited three months for AF to arrive. You said you had a scan already, so it is not that you that you were pregnant. It's possible to get pregnant before AF arrived.

Hi there! You don’t need to be anxious so soon. At this stage, after your marriage. You will have to look in to the period of ovulation. Take some time into creating a personal calendar. Make a track of your Periods. I just bumped into this discussion. I see Dana your directly talking about your Fertilized embryo transfer if I am right. It’s a long way to that. You have struggled with conceiving and you have one through treatment. @ Figerscrossed, you need to be a little patient. Every one doesn’t get pregnant in their first year. You can buy these ovulation tests from the pharmacy. Try after your net cycle. There has to be a physical symptom. That you suffer from bloating or any uneasiness pain. Uterine infection etc. get a proper follow-up with you gynecologist before jumping to a conclusion.

I am sure there is nothing to worry about. After the birth control pill, it takes time for the hormones to adjust. However, if you are unable to get on your periods for more than 4 to 5 months than I would suggest you ask your doctor to give you the right medication. These will then help in regulating your medication. I was also given Provera in order to help me and then later I started the Clomid cycle. Good luck to you. Sending baby dust your way. If you want any help do let us know.
