Hi wakasa! How was your get away? I hope your holidays were nice. We had a nice holiday season but it was busy as usual lol.

We go Thursday to see the neurologist. I have seen her results via the patient portal, they aren’t good. We will know more with this weeks and next weeks appointments. I’m just so sad and heartbroken over it all. I’m debating on asking if I can drop down to 3 days instead of 5 at work so I’m home on the days my husband works so it’s always him or I taking care of her.

My Dh isn’t great about helping either. It gets frustrating and stressful. I (we) can’t do it all. It’s too much for just one person to do it all by ourselves all the time. My older two aren’t great about helping me either, Ive been cracking down on them about helping around the house more.

How was your last LP? Fx’d AF didn’t show!?

Hannahndavid good luck with everything!!!

Hi, Ckatta!

I’m sorry it’s not good news about Kensi. :hugs:
What exactly is the diagnosis? Is there any chance she’s going to be able to function on her own when she grows up, or will she need assistance? My brother is developmentally challenged, and he lives in a facility that keeps an eye on him, but he can function on his own for the most part.

Our holiday was nice until New Years, but then we came down with a fever and cough, so everything that I had planned on doing during the rest of the holiday just fell through.

My LP was 13 days this time, so that was good. I have a prescription for progesterone but I didn’t get a chance to get the medication before today, CD15. That’s when I was supposed to get started on the hormone. So I will get the pills if AF shows in two weeks.

I hope you are taking it easy during the weekend! And your plans of cutting down the work sounds good!
