Which vitamins were u taking? What is vitex?

Of course I'd be shocked too. Even if I get pregnant myself next month I won't believe it. Just feels like it'll neber happen and when it does it's like wow.

Ya still feels so unreal and cause i barely have symptoms. Only tired, hungry and emotional really. But this cycle i had also no pms, and not really any sore bbs. I'm 13dpo today. So kinda a late one, but i had a dip at 9 dpo, plus 3 days is 12 dpo, that's when i got the squinter, so seems about right. I'll keep testing though to make sure it get's still darker. I need to make sure it's sticking.

Well i took folic acid every day, no exception, i think i took it for about 2-3 months now?! Then like about every second day just a multi vitamin, also about the same time as folic acid. So i had a high dosage as the folic acid tablet alone was a 1000 plus in the multi vitamin was another i believe 600!? Also I did take Iodine every day, so support my thyroid as this is important for the hormones too. Even my husband took the iodine, he liked the taste >> go figure. And then i took vitex as directed on the bottle 1 capsule in the morning, one in the evening. My diet was as healthy as possible, but i did cheat between, lol, i wasn't super strict, but i did go mostly gluten free. I don't smoke, drink, and don't like coffee, so that never had been an issue for me. Oh, i also for a while in between took propolis (a bee product), but i haven't taken it now since a while.

I did buy the vitamins as natural products, not the synthetic ones.

I've been taking a prenatal vitamin which has folic acid since decemeber. I've been on cq10 since March by I only use to take that from cd1-0 but this month I toolk it everyday, I know this takes 3 months to work before its effective so I have another month to go. I started last week taking proplis and royal jelly along with zinc. I take EPO for ewcm. I started using conceive plus which is like preseed.im also on vd. All these vitamins do my head in but I'm trying. I haven't touched coffee in over a week. I drink rrlt or decaf green tea. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. My vice is chocolate bad. But since March I've been on herbal life so wasn't eating much at all just having dinners but I've stopped that bc worried that's my issue. I started eating eggs every morning yuck! But I'll do whatever it takes.

I'm starting the injections tomorrow . Also going to see a nautropath in 2 weeks. I'm trying everything I can. I also got my partner on vitamins too. Here's hoping.

I think too much isn't good either, you don't want to confuse your body, at least that's what i thought. So i said either i take vitex or EPO. I figured vitex might be better for me for having a shorter luteal phase and having endo. If vitex wouldn't have worked i would use EPO. But apparently vitex was the right choice. And only took vitamins and eat well. So my advice would be to stick just to one hormone supporting herb. I only supported my thyroid which the necessary mineral/vitamin. Basically i only took one hormonal supporting herb. Maybe decide for only one as well, whichever seems more appropriate for your problems. I knew vitex favors progesterone and as an endo patient i'm estrogen dominant, plus my luteal phase was on the short side, that's why i went with it instead EPO.

I think it's better to be gentle to your body and carefully try out different things but not all at once.

Well I needed vd as I was very deficient. I need EPO bc I need the extra ewcm as I'm very dry. Cq10 for the boost in egg quality. I've only just added the royal jelly, propolis and zinc bc I've read really good things about it. I'll keep doing this until I see the naturopath and hopefully she can guide me. I don't think vitamins can affect u I think we need these things as we don't get enough of them through our diets. Anyways it's only my first week trying all of them. I space it out during the day when taking them. I take them separately every 2 hours so I give each supplement time to break down rather than shove them all down my throat at once lol..

This cycle i was completely dry! If you look at my chart i didn't even note down any CM before ovulation, cause there wasn't anything i noticed. We used preseed the entire fertile window and it seemed to work. I never took anything to increase my CM. I don't know it's just my own opinion that 2 herbs at the same time isn't good, i think it confuses the hormones, but i could be wrong, it might works for others. I just didn't seem right for me.

I don't know, i don't want to give you a wrong advice, but for me vitex alone worked and although i had a super dry cycle, i conceived with preseed. Last cycle i had a lot watery CM around ovulation, but used no preseed and didn't get pregnant. That's why i think, if you can use a lubricant for the missing CM is better than confusing your body with too much herbal treatment.

True. Ok I'll stop the EPO. I could always drink grapefruit juice that helps ewcm. But I think I'll just stick to the lubricant we see how we go. 3 less tablets to take a day works good for me. It's so hard keeping up have to always write down what I've taken and what times so I don't double
Up or miss any.

Ya you can drink the juice, but i would stick to one herbal treatment and see how your body does. It might take a bit till your body is clear of the EPO influence and it's just vitex. But i guess it wouldn't hurt trying it out and see if it works for you with just vitex. Unless EPO is better for your problems, i don't know, then maybe you have to do it the other way around. But try to decide for one, and see if that's the solution. At least it seemed to work for me. And yes it's stressful to take so much, that's why i wanted to keep it simple too.

I'm going to continue with the vitamins but eliminate the EPO. We see how we go bc I know that it usually takes 3 months for these vitamins to reach efficacy so I have a long way to go still. I just want better egg quality!!!
