Looking for a cause...

Postby Maryb220 » Sun Jun 21, 2015 11:20 am

My husband and I have been TTC since January. He had a traumatic testicular injury a few years ago and had to have one removed, so we knew we were probably going to take a little while longer or need to get help from a specialist. Since March, I have gotten pregnant three times. All chemicals. Apparently, he is not the issue at all. I went to the fertility clinic a few days ago, and they ran three tests (all they could do at that point in my cycle). Antiphospholipid antibody, nk cells, and a genetic profile. He said these are the three he is thinking might be the cause, because I'm losing them so early. I really can't find many answers online regarding multiple chemical pregnancies. I'll go in this week for a hormone and anatomy check, but I feel like those will not be issues because I have never had any gynecological issues before. I think my results will be in this week, but I'm frustrated and really nervous about the answers that I find. Would love to know if anyone has been in the same puzzling situation as me.

Progesterone deficiency is also a cause for multiple cp as well as hormonal imbalances. Good luck with your testing and hoping it's an easy fix!!

Ya hormonal imbalance happens often. Try to support your hormones. Many have an iodine deficiency. Support your thyroid with iodine. You can try vitex or other herbs to help your hormones along. Avoid drinking out of soft plastic containers or avoid other pseudo hormonal food and chemicals, you can look that up. Take prenatal vitamins especially folic acid. If you have problems with progesterone to keep a pregnancy going and your taking a herb for it, continue with till the end of the first trimester. I'm still taking my vitex too to make sure. Or get progesterone supplements from your doctor. Hope this helps.
