How to know what vitamins to take?

Postby beaniebaby » Thu Nov 05, 2015 7:39 am

hi ladies! I've been ttc for a little over a year with no luck. I just started temping this month. I can already tell AF is coming so I'm wanting to go buy herbs and vitamins to help. How do I know what I need to take tho?

If you are talking about Chinese herbs, it's better to talk to a specialist since they are regarded as medicine.
But they are some mild herbs that you can try...
1. Alfalfa: It has vitamin A, D, E and K and 8 digestive enzymes, which can best nourish your body.
2. Dandelion: It also contains vitamins A and C as well as trace minerals. Dandelion’s root is beneficial to the liver and the leaf is mildly diuretic.
3. Red Clover: It has a very high vitamin content and contains almost every trace mineral. The herb helps balance hormones and restores fertility.

The above information is from this article 7 Herbal Organic Products Increase Fertility Naturally (http://www.knowhen.com/index.php/2015-04-19-20-16-28/fertility/180-herbal-organic-product-increases-fertility-naturally) Wish you all the best during your TTC! :D

U eat more carbohydrate rich foods. Eat green leafy vegetables which contains good volume of vitamins and many other substances to decrease your weakness.Multivitamins can help to a certain extent, but if you are eating properly you shouldn't really need them.
