Enjoy ur wine!Dont feel guilty, some use drugs and alcohol and they have perfect babies.
Have u and ur partner had any tests done?
5 years is a long time even if is casually.
Maybe some clomid or femara can help with ovulation if you are comfortable using medical help to conceive of course.
good luck!!

Stay positive and don't give up. Myself I know a few ladies who have undergone 6-8 IVF-s, and finally got pregnant. And I have read than many ladies even travel abroad to Poland, Czech Rep, Greece or Spain to undergo fertility treatments. I recommend seeing a fertility specialist to discuss yr issues. Good luck

My good friend told me recently about successful treatment of her sister, who was searching for a fertility specialist. She found Indigo clinic in India, doctor there was careful, understanding and qualified, and provided really successful treatment) I don't know more examples, but when I wanted to conceive and really needed help, I used web-site, called ovu fertility network, where lots of fertility clinics, centres, specialists, may be you also can find there the best clinic for yourself in any country... For me it was usefull, because I have written one enquiry, and several clinics called me back, answered my questions, and I could choose and compare... And it was cool) because I wasn't spending time for searching, If you are ready to travel, I'm sure you could find there a really knowledgeable doctor

You may ovulating but it may be too weak of an ovulation? I had a friend who required Clomid, a steroid, metformin and a hormone shot around ovulation who had PCOS.
What a rollercoaster this process is! I'm looking into doing a cleanse, wondering if anyone has done one.

Amy4678, sorry if you find me rude. But having PCOS doesn't mean that one is 'infertile'. I don't think any doctor will call a woman who is challenged reproductively 'infertile' so not sure where you get this idea. Most women with pcos go on carrying and delivering their own healthy babies. There's no reason for you or anyone to push them towards surrogacy. There's a lot that can be done before that.

Mswiatingoatiently, don't feel guilty or discouraged. We all have been there. Hope you get your baby soon.

I cardially welcome you, on behalf of all the ladies who've been a hell of support for me and will be the same to you in your need. Just make sure you discuss your problems with others and you'll always find someone who've been through a similar situation or sailing on the same boat with you. In both the cases, you can find hope and support - Which has been sth that kept me on even after the devastating failures in medicated ttc and ivf.
Please, apply for help, hun. 5 years of trying is pretty long. I believe you have to seek for suitable treatments.
Enjoy your wine, there's nothing thremendously bad about it in the case. Try to make a good decision where to move further.
My heart goes for you and every struggling lady here.. Soon babydust, lovelies!!

Please don't give up. I know it can be hard going through this. TTC is really difficult. I wish that it wasn't. Don't sweat it too much though. Any chances you may have of conceiving will go to waste. Stress is not a good environment to carry a baby in. You'll get there. Just have faith. I believe in you. If you can, do look into options. You don't have to go for them immediately. It'll just make you feel better knowing they're there. Anytime you want to turn to them. I have my fingers crossed for you. Wishing you all the best!

Hey, don't give up just yet. There's a lot that you can still do. I know this situation is very tough for you. But you know, there's a way out. I was also in a similar situation. I used to be hopeless. But when I had surrogacy, my life changed for the better.

I am so sorry to hear about this. It can be really painful. I myself am going through this and can understand that this isn't easy. You just have to keep on trying. One shouldn't give up. I know that going through infertility is the roughest path. There are so many highs and lows. I honestly pray that no one has to go through it and those who are going through it are able to fight it.
-Low AMH and High FSH
-Poor Ovarian Reserve
-5 IUIs (failed)
-1 IVF (failed)
Life is a total mess

hi, So sorry to know about your loss. Handle the situation wisely and calmly. All will be fine soon. Don't overthink. Stay positive and happy. Think positive all will be fine sweetheart. Nothing is possible. Don't hold yourself responsible. It wasn't your fault. You should possibly start a treatment. Technology has immensely improved and there are so many treatments available now. I think you should search about IUI and IVF. Both these treatments have proven to be highly successful for a lot of people. Even consult your doctor regarding these treatments. Best of luck to you. I know it must be a hard time for you but its okay. All my warm prayers are with you. Europe has the best clinics. I think you should go for a checkup with a good doctor. Take care. Best wishes for your future.
