Enjoy ur wine!Dont feel guilty, some use drugs and alcohol and they have perfect babies.
Have u and ur partner had any tests done?
5 years is a long time even if is casually.
Maybe some clomid or femara can help with ovulation if you are comfortable using medical help to conceive of course.

Stay positive and don't give up. Myself I know a few ladies who have undergone 6-8 IVF-s, and finally got pregnant. And I have read than many ladies even travel abroad to Poland, Czech Rep, Greece or Spain to undergo fertility treatments. I recommend seeing a fertility specialist to discuss yr issues. Good luck

My good friend told me recently about successful treatment of her sister, who was searching for a fertility specialist. She found Indigo clinic in India, doctor there was careful, understanding and qualified, and provided really successful treatment) I don't know more examples, but when I wanted to conceive and really needed help, I used web-site, called ovu fertility network, where lots of fertility clinics, centres, specialists, may be you also can find there the best clinic for yourself in any country... For me it was usefull, because I have written one enquiry, and several clinics called me back, answered my questions, and I could choose and compare... And it was cool) because I wasn't spending time for searching, If you are ready to travel, I'm sure you could find there a really knowledgeable doctor

You may ovulating but it may be too weak of an ovulation? I had a friend who required Clomid, a steroid, metformin and a hormone shot around ovulation who had PCOS.
What a rollercoaster this process is! I'm looking into doing a cleanse, wondering if anyone has done one.

Hi, dear. It is very good that you still ovulate and have regular periods. But, you know, 5 years is a lot for TTC. Something is definitely wrong and you have to figure out what exactly. I think you should consult the fertility specialist. There are some cases of infertility, which can't be treated. What if you are just wasting your time? There are a lot of solutions of this problem nowadays, that's why you still have a chance to become parents. After 7 years of TTC my husband and me decided to adopt. We don't regret because we love our son very much. He is 3 years old now and he is about to become an elder brother. Our second baby will be born by the surrogate mother. She is 3 months pregnant now. My friend's daughter was born by the surrogate that's why I know that it is absolutely safe. I mean, if the treatment and IVF don't help you, you can also find the surrogate. The procedure is very simple. Your doctor from the reproduction center will do everything for you. You will just have to go through some examinations. When the embryo is transferred and the surrogate gets pregnant, you will be allowed to visit her. I spend a lot of time with her in her apartment at BioTexCom. We walk in the garden and sometimes we go shopping. There's no difference for me if I give birth or not. I just want to bring home my tiny and healthy baby girl. Surrogacy gave me this chance.
I think you don't have to give up. The world gives you so many opportunities. Use them to change your life. No one will do it for you, dear.
By the way, you will be allowed to drink wine, while your surrogate will be pregnant. :) Just wanted to make you smile a little. :) Wish you good luck!

Stop drinking wine and start doing something. I know how hard it is. I’m also infertile. But I found the way to become a mother. I had an awful situation. My husband broke up with me when he found out about my infertility. I was completely destroyed. But I met a guy, which saved my life. He found the solution to my infertility. Our twin boys were born 6 months ago. We found the surrogate to help us. Actually, my husband found the reproduction center. Doctors helped us with surrogacy. I have no words to explain how scared I was. I wanted to become a mom and I was ready to give up at the same time. At BioTexCom medical center I met a lot of infertile couples. We are still communicating with some of them. They all became parents with the help of surrogacy. They all supported me so much. I saw their happy faces and I also wanted to enjoy my life. And I did it. I tried to calm down and we started the process. After all the examinations our doctor found the surrogate for us. In 3 weeks the embryo was transferred. And it was the hardest part of the process. We had to wait for the result. Luckily, in 3 weeks we found out that our surrogate got pregnant. Our life has changed at that moment. We were about to become parents. Now I know that surrogacy really works. We have our boys and we are extremely happy. I wish you the same, dear.

Hi,there. Everything is not that bad until you ovulate and have periods. It means that you still have a chance to become a mother. Have you consulted the fertility specialist? What is the verdict? It is important to figure out if you are able to conceive. Unfortunately, sometimes doctors make mistakes. My doctor kept saying that I was fine. As a result I spent 10 years ttc. I didn’t get pregnant but I lost so much time. I’m so angry but I’m glad that we found the solution.
We were ready to adopt when my mother showed me the post about surrogacy. She was reading a lot of fertility forums at that moment. She helped us to understand that medicine can help us. I was surprised to hear that we can have our biological baby. But it was true. We have chosen the reproduction center and signed an agreement. It took a couple of months to find the surrogate. Actually, we didn’t have to do anything. Our doctor from medical center did everything for us. The embryo was transferred and in 3 weeks we received a call. They told us that our surrogate is pregnant. I was scared and happy at the same time. This is how we became parents. Our son was born in time and he was absolutely healthy. I think you should consider surrogacy as an option. After 5 years of ttc you should start doing something. I’m sure you will succeed.
Talk to your husband. He should definitely support this idea. Good luck.

Why are you feeling guilty? You are sad, it's obvious. But you still have periods and you do ovulate. So, you still have a chance to give birth. Talk to your doctor and try to figure out what is the reason of your infertility. Modern medicine offers a lot of solutions for infertile couples. I know it because after 3 MCs I had to try the surrogacy. Our baby was born by the surrogate and I don't regret. Everything was pretty simple. The embryo was transferred and soon we found out that the surrogate was pregnant. The price is high but it is worth paying. Don't be so nervous. Everything will be fine. Just start doing something to change your life. Good luck.
