Sad today! Defeated Future Mommies Lets List Our POSITIVES!!

Postby waitingtoexhale » Thu Mar 27, 2014 10:48 am

Since last night I started having pretty recognizable AF cramps. It hasn't come yet, but I am feeling like it is. I am pretty defeated! It's crazy to me that all those years I tried preventing a baby, and now it feels impossible to have one! Every pregnancy has ended in miscarriage. So, obviously I am in a shame spiral from hell. Until, I really thought about it!

Okay! Most of us are having a hard time to conceiving. BUT here is a list of positives!

Please take the few minutes to reply to this and list YOUR positives! WE CAN DO THIS!!

I met my soul-mate by the time I was 26.
I have all of you for support
I am alive
The sun came out
I have an amazing family
I am loved
I CAN conceive. I just haven't yet.
I am successful
I have shelter, food, and water
My life is AMAZING
I am healthy!
I have my dog Izzy
I have the most amazing man any woman could ask for. He is my rock!
I have amazing friends!
I have a job.
I am going to be a doctor

Those are what I can think of right now! I woke up defeated. I am sure some of you did too. Whether you have lost a baby, or haven't got your BFP yet. We are surrounded by love and light! Even if we go our whole life without having a baby, we are still SO lucky to be alive, and trying. Whatever is meant to be. Will be. I hope this helps some people. I thought "If I can't help myself today, I can surely try to help others". START LISTING LADIES!!!

Sorry waiting, :noaf:

How many dpo are you? Are you charting? As I'm having a freak late cycle and if I hadn't been charting I would have tested by now and seen more than one bfn but I'm only 5 dpo today :)

It ain't over til the witch shows :af:

Hey Happy!

I have no AF yet. I am two days late. Unless I ovulated late (which I had suspected). Then I would be around 10 DPO. If I did ovulate late, then I am having some weird early cramping starting at 7dpo!! I am having stabbing pain in my lower back. I am not charting, but I think I am gonna start doing that next month. How're you feeling?!

I'm trying my best not too symptom spot but it's hard not to!

I think you'll love charting. I LOVE IT! Today is CD31 for me and prior the average of my previous 6 cycles was 29.5 days. Meaning if I wasn't charting I would be going crazy right now with the negative tests....but still only at 6 dpo it's waaay too early to test.

That's one thing I love about charting, you finally get at least a glimpse as to what is actually going on with your body. No more guessing if you did or did not ovulate or if so, when. For a $12 thermometer and setting you alarm clock everyday, even on weekends (you can go back to sleep after) it is such a HUGE gain for such a small sacrifice. :D I was afraid of starting for so long because I thought it'd be "too difficult" or "too much work". Now my only regret is that I waited so long to start!!!!

Although, who knows, you might yet get your bfp this cycle! :babydustg: :babydustb:

Oh my!! That sounds A LOT better than what I am doing now!!! I took a test this afternoon. I will post it down below. I am not sure if it's positive or not. Plus it's a blue dye test :( whomp whomp! Either way. Let me know what you think!

Ohhhh I definitely see a line! :yay:

It's a good sign but since it's blue dye I'll wait for a confirmation before I get too excited!

You should get a first response and do your morning urine to confirm :D

waitingtoexhale,
Did you get your BFP?! I surely hope so. Thank you for your post as it really made me realize all the wonderful things in my life! Heres a short list of the things i am grateful for.

I can read, and just read an amazing book, Heaven is For Real.
I am healthy and can run, which feels amazing.
My husband is amazing and is always there for me.
I am young and though i haven't conceived yet, that doesn't mean i can't.
Every month we don't conceive is another month to save money for our precious baby.
I have two precious puppies whom i adore.
I have a roof over my head, food and water, and a wonderful job.
I have supportive friends who may not understand what i am going through but try to talk me through it!
Just remember, every new cycle is the opportunity to change your diet/exercise routine to improve health. This month i am focusing on improving my diet to promote natural fertility health and im trying to decrease the amount of stress i allow this to cause me. I may even invest in a massage or two!

So this cycle I felt all the way 100% OUT, and I SURELY wasn't! My hormones are now 24,587, and I saw a gestational sac with the yolk yesterday! It all turned out the best it could. Keep with the positive thinking. It helps. This two week wait is nothing in comparison to the three month wait till you are in the clear for things to go wrong! :)

Thank you! We got really luck, and this was the first cycle. I also ovulated late, only have one Fallopian tube, and I ovulated on the side that didn't have a tube. So the right side grabbed it! Crazy miracle baby huh?
