I've also had a miscarriage at week 5. Doctor said that it's a chemical pregnancy - means that the egg and sperm met, they implanted, but somehow the zygote is not optimal, so the body ended the pregnancy. If you had carry that baby to term, he or she has a high likelihood of getting born with a disability or disorder.
In your second miscarriage, I guess something happened inside. I think God wants you to have a healthy child and thats why the miscarriage occurred. Also, I found that it really helps me to talk about it. Not just on this site, but also to someone, a friend perhaps. People may not understand it, but it will feel good to get it off your chest. It's OK to feel sad. You should definitely take the time to mourn for both unborn children. But whatever you do, just don't give up!
