Hey guys. Can I jump in? Ive browsed back the rest of this thread. I'm sorry for your losses.

I've had 3 losses, as you can see in my siggy. This last one was a partial molar so unfortunately it'll probably take a while for my betas to come down, and after they said I shouldn't try for a couple months, like 2 to 3, it sounded like. But I'm hard pressed to listen because they didn't give me a medical reason. Just that they wouldn't know if a rising beta was regrowth of tissue or a new pg. Well if I chart and say I get a bfp at 10dpo... wouldn't that likely be a new pg...?
Anywho. I'm going to tlak to my docs more. And I don't want to rush anything. Especially if there are health reasons to wait. But, as you guys have said. TTC helps the healing process. Sure did for me in the past. I need something goo to look forward to...

Hello Susy welcome..

Update:: As per my coloscopy the doctor told me he would give me a call back in a week if it came back abnormal... Its been two week so far and nothing... I feel so relieved..

:af: was due today so out of curiosity I decided to pee on a first response pregnancy test... and I got a :bfp:

I haven't told anyone!

Being that I have had two miscarriages I can't snap out of my sadness .... I feel like a non-pregnant zombie... numb to it all... I can't let myself think this is going to really happen this time... I don't feel happiness or excitement that I felt before...

I don't have the symptoms I have had before ... no tiredness .. no sore breast.... no lower back pain... just cramping like AF is coming and anxiety... really back anxiety... The only reason I even took a pregnancy test was because I was going to take some benedryl so sleep the away... But I wanted to make I wasn't pregnant

I feel soooo bad for feeling like this ... Idk what to do ..

Thanks for letting me vent.....

Itskels,

Will your Doctor do Betas for you to alleviate some of the stress/worry? I know that a lot of women feel crampy/like AF is coming, so hopefully that's just your new little bean settling in.

I want to say congrats, but its a tough situation. If and when I do get my bfp i will be somewhat excited but so worried. I would hold off telling anyone close. We decided doing it that way to aviod the awkeward conversations again.

Has the doctor said anything?

Congrats. I'm going to be pretty terrified in early pg next time too. Even the last couple times just weren't near as exciting as the first. :( Hope its a sticky.

Congrats, Itskels! I think I know how you feel. I can't imagine being excited over a BFP ever again because I know what has happened could happen again. Miscarriages steal your joy from future pregnancies. I really hope that you will be able to relax and enjoy this pregnancy, though. Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing!

I wanted to jump in because I was doing some thinking....why would anyone wait 1,2,3 cycles after a miscarriage? You miscarried once by chance, right? I am a healthy 34 year old and had normal regular periods all my life. I got pregnant, and miscarried at 6w2d (I had a natural, so I don't know the rules of d&c). I feel if its going to happen (a sticky pregnancy, or a miscarriage) its going to happen. After all the reading I have been doing, I really feel in my heart that it is not up to me. If there was an actual definitive medical answer that ALL doctors followed as to why you should wait a full cycle to conceive, then I totally would...I wouldn't want to be reckless. Since there is not one answer all doctors follow, I am going to go with my gut and leave everything to Him.
