If you're considering taking a break, JUST DO IT!

After getting really down with two failed cycles after a miscarriage, I finally gave in and took a more relaxed approach this cycle. I just couldn't put the emotional energy of tracking everything obsessively and pushing a BD marathon only to see another bfn.

I used a few opk's once I saw fertile cm, and temped just until I got crosshairs, then stopped. We planned on every other day approaching O and then two days in a row upon seeing a positive opk. Because of that, we ended up BDing 3 days in a row right before O, and with very little pressure since we hadn't tired ourselves out yet at that point.

I didn't test until today at 11 dpo and got these beauties!

My advice to anyone who is getting run down with TTC but is scared to take time off, try just backing off a little to relieve some of that pressure.

I was lucky to get my bfp this cycle, but even if I hadn't, I can honestly say I had so much less stress this cycle. It went by really quickly and I was able to focus on other things in my life!
