amom - that is soooooooo wonderful! For you and definitely for him! You and your family will be such a joy for him to be a part of. I am so happy for you. Can you believe that in 6 weeks you may have him?? What do you guys "learn" at your classes?

I know. Apparently they have scraped together 3 families to choose from, but the foster mom thinks it will be between us and a childless couple bc we can meet his needs best.

They teach us alot of different things. About abuse, neglect, trauma, behavior. They teach us about attachment isssues, loss and alot of stuff inbetween. For the most part its common sense but my hubby has learned so much about his childhood by going through these classes. If you remember he's adopted. Now he understands why he feels the way he does etc.

amom - Congrats! Hope everything works out for you.

afm - I had an ultrasound yesterday and they said that the placenta has moved up. They didn't say how much, but I asume it is out of the way. It was a little caotic there yesturday. One of the ultrasound ladies went home sick, so the other was doing all of them. Anyway, there was a lack of communication, and I ended up not getting to do my glucose test. I go back today to do it.

aidyns- Wow! You have had a crazy week! I'm so excited for you that you are in the running to adopt the little guy you wanted all along. I know that was a hard decision regarding your cousins kids but you have to do the right thing for your family.

raine- I'm sorry you have been feeling depressed. I can totally relate as I experienced it too when I was dealing with IF. I hope your feeling better soon and just know that we are here with you and can all understand what your going through. I'm glad that your going ahead with IVF. I just know your will have your baby soon. :)

peanut- Vacation was awesome! I didn't want to come home. How are you feeling with all those treatments you were doing? Are they stilling finding anything abnormal? Condoms suck! lol! I'm not a fan of them either but bc can really mess with you too. Do you think you and DH will try for #3 someday?

artsy- Congrats on passing your glucose test! I passed mine too and was happy. I hope your placenta moves down so you don't have to have a c-section but if you do, alot of my friends have said it wasen't bad.

cali- I can't wait to see your 4D's! Can you believe we are already 30 weeks now! We are just over two months away. I can't wait to hold my baby. :D

Everyone else- :hi: :D

Glad all of you mamas to be passed your glucose tests! I am sure that is a relief off your shoulders. I can't believe that you guys are already 31 weeks along! It has flown by so fast!

Dream - I love the 4 D pictures of your little man.

Cali - can you post pictures from your 4 d scan? Would love to see him!

Hope that all of you ladies are feeling well Post pictures of your nurseries too!

Amom - Ive been reading your blog. I love the convertible crib that you guys were able to get! How old is little man or can you not say? I am still keeping my fingers crossed for you guys. Hope that the next six weeks or so fly by!

Raine - how are you doing? What are you up to?

AFM - well I feel SO much better being off birth control. DH got sad puppy dog face the other night when I told him to cover it up. But then last night he didn't listen. I didn't mind though because I know I am no where near being fertile. He is bugging me about going for number 3. I finally told him this morning that I am not ready and he needs to respect that. He said well what if I change my mind by the time you are ready...so we will see what happens but I don't plan on allowing him to do anything around my O time at least for another 6 months! That way, if I am able to pregnant after that time, DD will be 2 years old...I just want to enjoy her being a baby and enjoy the time when she is little. As it is, I can't believe that on Monday she will be 8 months old!!!

Hope you guys are enjoying your Thursday.....one more day until the weekend!

Hi ladies. I know, long time no post right?

I have been delaying posting this, but the time has come. I have decided to take a TTC break till fall.  I know.. it seems so wrong but there are some reasons. My husband is leaving for a few weeks to Phoenix for work. Also he is signed up to travel all through summer. I obviously didn’t start an IVF cycle this month because of that and also just not feeling right about it. I started some medication for my anxiety/ depression and I want to give it a shot to work and clear my head. We tried naturally this month and I had my longest LP in a long time. I actually tested this AM with hope, but it was a BFN. I started spotting a few hours ago.

I have been reading here once a week or so just to keep caught up, but I am an awful cycle buddy  and for that I am sorry. I am just in a weird place. I do keep up with everyone on FB that I am friends with. I wish you all the best over the next few months. I will be around here some, but probably wont post much. You can always get me on FB though!

I hope no one is too upset with me for not posting more about my issues and whats been going on. It’s been a wild two months.

raine - Good luck with the meds. Also remember that there are lots of different ones out there if these don't work. DH had to try several before he found the right combination. I think it is a good idea that you are waiting. You need to take care of you. :hugs:

Amom - I was just reading up on your blog....I hear commercials here for Natural cycle IVF and that it costs less than regular IVF...do you think that is offered anywhere near you? I obviously don't know how much that costs, but maybe that is an option?
