Ugh! Had written a nice long post yesterday and something was wrong with the site :/

Kerstee - I had the same kind of let down you are talking about.. so i know what you mean, mylacon works good for that gassiness. another thing you can do is watch what you are eating! (Im sure you may already know that) but veggies and things that can cause stomach upset to a grown up can really bother a baby too. even coffee and some other things that wont make you feel a difference can really affect her, so maybe tweak your own diet a little when she isnt feeling well and maybe you can find the culprit that way :)

Crystal - Sorry about your Grandfather and AF :/ what a shitty combination! I hope things get better for you soon.

Sam - Thanks :) Im feeling pretty good, just super sleepy all the time for some reason. Thanks for asking :)
I am SO glad your doc did another tube flushing procedure for you! and I really really hope AF comes for you soon so your body can cooperate with the extra help for a new BFP!
Sorry the LAP was so rough though. I have been through one with the endo and I know how they feel. I hope you are all healed up and up to alot of BDing once your cycle gets straight! I will be hoping and praying that you get your BFP very soon!

Kara - I totally agree with what Sam said! you are an awesome woman! I cant wait for things to turn around for you, I just know God has a plan for you to have the family you dream of :) I KNOW IT!

Monah - Sorry again for not being here when you finally had time to be! Hope all is well over your way.

Celeste - I cannot believe how little time you have left! I am already starting to panic over here about having everything ready in time! especially since Maysen keeps making me think he is not planning on being in me much longer :/ I hope he gets comfy and stays in a couple more months :) the pains and contractions i have been having just really make me think sometimes that i will have him early.
how are you feeling? what do you have left to do to be ready to meet Andrew?

Matty - How has your relaxing weekend been? Im glad you are playing words with friends with me now! it gives me something to do when i just really need to be sitting/ laying down :)

Christie - sorry Bodie is dealing with reflux :( I have heard that is really hard to deal with. did they give him something for it? I saw once on TV that they had some kind of meds that work wonders for that!.. I hope you get a chance to post some pics on this side soon.

Jen -How are you girly?! had any appointments recently? hope all is well with you.

Hello,

Kerstee: That is such a cute outfit. Christie obviously has good taste.
Is your LO doing better now that you have found the problem? I sure hope so, but I didn't even think of that and it makes such good since.

Angela: Sorry you have been so tired lately...but that kind of goes with the territory right now, lol. I heard about that friends with words or what ever it's called. I had a co-worker ask me to join her but I didn't really take the time to find out all the details. SHe said it was something like Scrabble. IDK...

Crystal: Sorry about your grandfather. I hope the family support helps you get through this tough time.

Matty: How you doing? I sure hope your weekend was well. Please update when you feel up to it. Hugs!

Remonah: Where did you go? Love the new smurk from your LO...too darn cute!

HI everyone else!

AFM: AF arrived on Saturday and I haven't had so much as a pinch of pain. Which is truely shocking for me cause usually I am either in Vicodine Land or curled in a ball with my heating pad on HIGH. I probably shouldn't speak too much of it or I'll jinks it or something. But it looks as thought the LAP has helped for this months at least. YEAH!
My Grandma was just put on Hospice so my sister and I are going to drive to Oklahoma for a quick trip to tell our grandma that we love her and we'll miss her in person. I just hope that she makes it until we can go back there. We are going to leave on the 14th of May. She is miserable so if the Lord takes her before we get there then I think that I'll have more peace that she is no longer in pain then if she is still there suffering when we arrive.

I hope everyone has a great evening!

Talk to you all soon.

Matty- I am so sorry that you are going through this!! I wish there was something I could do to make you feel better, but I know that time is the only thing that will help right now. Thinking of you and Dh!!

Kara- I totally hear you about the rollercoaster and needing to take some time. I'm really hoping that once you are ready to try again the new RE that you're working with will do the trick for you. I love that he doesn't take unexplained infertility as an actual diagnosis and the fact that he's willing to do the work that your old RE wasn't doing is a great sign.

Angela- I don't think i ever answered your ?...but of course I can be your text buddy in return :)I think there's plenty of time in b/w our due dates!!! I can't believe how close we are getting!!! I have been getting contractions here and there and my sciatica is killing me. I feel like ripping my back off my body it hurts so bad!! It doesn't help that I'm at work sitting all day!!! Ugh, I know this is something all preggo girls go through but OMG I'm getting anxiety because I just can't seem to get comfortable no matter what I do!! Any tips?? LOL

Samantha- I'm glad that AF is being nice to you this time around...that's the least she can do!! Have you and DH talked about trying again after this cycle? I am sorry to hear about your grandmother, I really hope you can make it in time!!

Monah- I LOVE the new videos of Knox!! He is just too cute!!!! I've been thinking of going to get a copy of Baby Wise and see what its all about....I've read reviews on it and it seems to get some great reviews. I think the main part is understanding that its not actually putting your child on a strict schedule but more getting them used to a certain routine? Am I kind of on track or way off? :)

Kerstee- I don't really see an AFM from you on the topic review...but I want to let you know that Arilynn is getting cuter and cuter!! I love the pic of her in her easter outfit!!!

Jen- How's everything going?? Anything new to report?

Christie- sorry to hear about Bodie's acid reflex. I was just watching an episode of 16 and Pregnant and one of the babies had that....looks like its stressful...hopefully the medicine that they had Bodie on will help him. Did they give you any other pointers on what you can do?

Crystal- Sorry to hear about your grandfather!! Keeping you and your fam in my T&P!!!

AFM- Well, I'm exhausted!!!! This pregnancy is really taking its toll on me. As I told Anglea, I am getting anxiety because I just can't seem to get comfortable. Between my swelling, sciatica, pressure on my pubic area, my back aches/spasms, and my contractions that I've been having...its like there's nothing I can do to feel better. Its the worst when I'm at work since I'm sitting all day long!! Thank God I only have five more weeks left of work! I don't know how I'm going to make it through those five, but I'm going to have to make it work!!

I had my first baby shower on Saturday and it was amazing. The weather was beautiful and I loved the way everything turned out. We got soooo many gifts, it's unbelievable. I don't even know where we're going to put everything, and we have another shower in 3 weeks. Here's the post I put on the preggo side about our pics...I totally understand if you don't want to look at all the pics!!

Here's the link to my album...sorry some of them are dark, Photobucket won't let me edit the pictures from my work computer. I'll fix them when I get home...just wanted to share.

In case you don't want to go through all the pics (there's a lot!!!!) I picked out a few of the main ones to share here :)

Hey ladies! I will catch up on personals tomorrow but I realized I forgot to do an AFM on my last post.

We hit another small bump in the breastfeeding road. LOL. A few days ago my nipples started feeling sensitive and I thought Arilynn was having problems with her latch but I thought that was strange because she wasn't having them before. Then yesterday, I noticed that it was also red around the nipple and for some reason Thrush popped into my head. I wasn't even sure what Thrush was but I knew it was some kind of infection so I looked up the symptoms. It said that the baby would have white patches in the mouth so I looked and she did have a couple of small white spots. I made an appt for her today and the doctor confirmed that it is Thrush :(
She gave her some oral medication and told us to buy this stuff called Gentian Violet. It turns everything it touches purple and I was told to put it on my nipple and areola and then let her nurse.. that way it would treat me and her mouth at the same time. Unfortunately, her chin, cheek and nose touch my areola so she not only has a purple mouth but the area all around her mouth is purple too. LOL. DH and I couldn't stop laughing about our little purple mouthed baby. haha. Poor girl!

Good morning ladies,

Celeste: WOW! Look at all that great stuff you received. You had a lot of people there...and there was on two guys there that I saw. What a sweet DH you have to sit through the gift reveal with you. You look so beatiful, and happy! I love your decorations...that orange just makes that blue POP out. oh and thanks for the pics of food...now I'm hungry, lol.
Yes, DH and I are planning on trying this month, but I'm not sure if we'll be able to due to the fact that I'll be going to Oklahoma around O time. So we'll see I guess. Maybe the timing might go perfectly.
Have you tried a heating pad on low or medium heat for your back. It worked wonders for me when I was PG with Zachary. I sure hope you feel better.

Kerstee: LOL at the purple on her face. I thought of Charlie and the Chocolate factory and the little girl that turns purple from the gum, lol. I'm sure it's not that bad, I hope. It sounds like you caught it pretty quick...way to go Momma! I think that it goes away pretty quickly so I hope that your discomfort passes quickly as well.

AFM: AF kicked me in the butt early this morning and I had to go to Vicodine Land. IDK why I even came to work. Now I'm tired and a little nausious cause I took a whole pill instead of taking half like I usually do.

Well everyone have a great day!

Sam- Sorry AF turned on you!! That's just cruel!!!!! I hope you start to feel better soon!! We did get a lot of amazing stuff, we're so blessed to have so many people in our lives that already care about Drew so much. This was just my side of the family and some friends. We still have DH's side in a few weeks. My dad was there to help with dj'ing and help my mom with whatever she needed help with and DH got volunteered to be the bartender at the last minute!! He was such a good sport...making martini's and margarita's for all the ladies. And he was overly excited about the presents....at moments I felt like he was more excited than me!! LOL I haven't tried the heat on my back, but I'm willing to try anything at this point!!

AFM-I totally forgot to share these pics from this weekend!! Andrew was still quite stubborn with his hands in his face, but we got some face shots :) He still hasn't moved his head though...some of the pics are partially blocked because he has his face buried in my hip!!

We'll find out about how much he's weighing on Monday at our next appt, but three weeks ago at our last appt he was almost 3 lbs already!! Between that fact and these pics I think we're gonna have a chunky monkey! I can't get over his cheeks and his double chin!!

Image

Image

Just a little yawn :)
Image

He's smiling!!!
Image

Chubster!!! Cheeks are drooping and all!! Oh and hello double chin!!
Image

Enough with the pictures already mommy!!! He was not a happy camper anymore!!

Sorry ladies, i can only post really quickly! I hope everyone is doing well, and I've been stalking like crazy as usual!

Celeste~I just have to say that you are absolutely glowing girl! Your baby shower looked amazing and you really did have a great turn out!! And mmmm that fruit looks sooo freaking good! Awesome pics, i love pics! I can't believe how close you're getting!! You and DH look so happy:)

Kerstee~BOo for thrush! Way to catch it early, though! I'm sure that helps! And, awe, I can just imagine little Arilynn's violet face, lol...but it seems pretty cute, lol! And she looked TOO adorable in that outfit Christie got her! I still have to post the pic of Knoxie wearing the little lion man rompers that you gave him:)

Sammie~Sorry af bit you hard this morning:( I was hoping you weren't going to have any pain at all this cycle! I'm so glad to see you back on here!

Angelita~I hope you become untired soon:(

Christie~OMG i miss you so much girlie!!!! How's little Bodie Man doing w/ the reflux? Did his dr. put him on enfamil a.r. spit up formula?

afm i'll have to do later on, i must clean while baby Knoxie is napping! oh, but i'll just mention that i just found out that my SIL (who is 30yrs old,has 3 kids with 3 different daddies, and still lives w/ her parents...) decided that she and her now fiance' (who she's only known for a total of a year now) should try to have a baby (??? don't know why because she acts like she can barely handle the three that she has..they are 6,5,and 4 years old)...i guess they decided that back in december, and now she's 5 months pregnant!! She still hasn't told her and DH's parents, but she's obviously pregnant...And I'm not going to lie, and i'm not sure if it sounds selfish...but my baby boy was JUST born but 8 weeks ago today, and I feel like he's already going to be old news:( I feel so badly for him:( I kept imagining his first Christmas this year where he would be the center of attention and get a little spoiled...but now I feel like nobody is going to really care about him anymore because there will already be a brand new baby...Dh and I were so happy that it had been almost 4 years since her last baby when Knox was born, because we had already felt like she had taken every ounce of baby thunder for having three of babies in two years, just to find out that our baby has barely been here 2 months, and she's five months! idk..i know it sounds crazy, I just felt like baby Knox deserved a few special holidays of just him being the little baby, and really we just had Easter, and then fourth of July and that's it:( It just doesn't seem fair to him..Oh well! enought of my boohooing..lol...

Good morning ladies,

Remonah: Sorry that you are feeling like Knoxie isn't going to receive as much attention once the new baby is born, but I know that he will...people always pick the cuties baby to hold and give goo goo eyes to. And Knoxie is a cutie pie. Remember Knoxie is still special and always will be to you and your DH. I'm sure that he will not be lacking any attention.

Celeste: Those pics are so clear other then the fact that he has his head buried in you, lol. He is a chucky monkey...but chunky babies are the cutiest.
Have you tried the heating pad yet? I sure hope it helps.

AFM: Not much going on...just waiting for AF to vacate and take all her cramps and pains with her.

Have a great day ladies!

The smell outside, and this time of year got me thinking back to when I first met a few of you ladies, (especially Jen, Kerstee, Christie, and Celeste..) It was weird how we were all in different times of long we had been ttc'ing, yet most of us managed to become preggies w/in just months of each other! ! It seems like so long ago now, I can't believe it's been an entire year!!! I'll never forget the first time I found this site, how excited I was! I had been waiting for so long to finally join a little site like this when DH and I finally decided that we had to take nature into our own hands and "REAlly" try to have a baby! For years I had been searching the internet for possible pregnancy sxs and would come across tons of other sites like this, and I would read about this particular person's sxs and other's success stories, and I just couldn't wait for that to be me...I continually kept asking myself,"am I ever going to feel what that person felt?"..I could just never grasp what that would be like, and I feel so blessed and happy to finally feel that kind of joy:) It's unreal..One year ago, everything was so similar to how it is now; the weather, the smell of spring,..the first warm days, but now I have a family:) ..My son is here w/ DH and I, and it feels so much like he's always been with us..I've literally totally forgotten what it is even like w/out him here..I'll also never forget the first time I was on here and saw a beautiful photo of Kerstee and her husband on their wedding day, and I instantly thought that I didn't know why, but i just felt like we were going to be pregnant at the same time and we would know each other! Same with Jen! Funny how things work out! It really has been so nice knowing you ladies and going through some of the most wonderful, memorable, and even trying times of my lives! I feel like I can be more open with you ladies than with most of my friends and relatives, lol! On that note, there's also something else i need to tell you ladies..About 4 years ago, DH was apart of a forum for a band that he really likes, and he had been a member of it since he was sixteen..well, he went by his real name on there, and later on someone used his first and last name, opened up a myspace account and started putting the craziest things on there for all to see (I'm serious, they put like little dancing hitlers and racial slurs, you name it!) (it was on public view), even employers would come across this when he was switching jobs! It was a HuGE ordeal just to finally get this thing taken care of and removed, and ever since then DH is SUPer paranoid about revealing too much information on the internet and especially in forums like this...so pretty much since this happened about four years ago, DH has pretty much made me have an "internet alias", which has been 'Remonah'....It's not my real name and I feel SOOOO completely TERRIBLE that I am just now telling you ladies..I just promised DH that I wouldn't, and really didn't think that I would ever be so close to you ladies! I've honestly wanted to say something ALONGGGG time ago, but have just been to embarrassed about it to say anything! I told DH that I've known all of you ladies for a long time now, and I think it's pretty safe to say nothing like that will happen, lol! Sorry again ladies for misleading you all:( I was just trying to keep a promise to my husband! I hope you can all understand and not think that I am some kind of crazy online person, lol! But seriously....;) Hope to hear from you all soon!
Oh, btw, my name is Jenny :hb: (and I ALWAYS wanted to mention that there were acutally 4 people w/ matching names!)

Hey ladies! What a crazy past 2 weeks!!! My grandpa's service was really nice but hard emotionally. We got home Tuesday night a little after midnight to find that the fuse our fridge is on tripped so all the food in the freezer/fridge had to be thrown out. Then that mouse was back in the kitchen and left a mess of poop everywhere!! We did end up catching him in a trap so hopefully that was the last of our mouse problem. Blah! I hope next week goes alot smoother. Jason got our housing paperwork done and it will be approved and faxed Monday. I am down to 19 days left at work! I can't believe it! Oh and my bday is in 2 weeks!!! Ahhh!! I will be 25!! I got my 1st bday present from my parents while we were in PA......a Wii!!! I love it!!

Anyway, we have been BDing like bunnies since AF ended lol! So we shall see what happens.

Remonah/Jenny: I'm glad you felt comfortable enough to let us know about your alias! Sometimes I feel I post way too much info online and my husband hates it. I'm just a social person I guess. BTW Knox is just too handsome!!!

Kerstee: Sorry to hear about the Thrush! LOL at her purple face! Awww she is your little grape!

Celeste: I'm totally jealous of your baby shower! It was setup so beautifully!! Love it! And you look awesome!!!

Matty: I hope you are doing ok! Thinking about you!!

Angela, Jen and Sam: Hello to you all!!!
