I am not freaking out but I should have listened to my OB. All 3 doctor's said not to even try until after my first period. I'm just going to take the wait and see approach. I think the chances are very slim for conception to even take place in my case. I am not taking my progesterone and I would imagine my lining is not what it should be without it. Pull out method it shall be....seriously what else is there really at this point.

Wow, Theresa...you ovulated really quickly after the end of your bleeding!!! When I read your post, I honestly felt a little bit excited for you! Just like I was telling myself, God has a plan, and maybe yours is to skip the IVF altogether! And Kizzie is right...you are supposed to be more fertile before AF, so I guess we will have to wait and see what happens.:) In my experience, my first miscarriage definitely did not leave me any more fertile because it took us another year to conceive again :? , but you appear to get pregnant a little more easily, so it could be different for you!!! You always hear stories about women getting pregnant before their first AF!!

Kizzie - Maybe this is AF! FX that your cycle is back on track and you can get back into TTC!!

Thanks for listening to my rant earlier, girls. I feel much better and I am done with my pity party. Sometimes you just need to get things off your chest, you know? Anyway, feeling much more optimistic now and much more relaxed about the future.

Afm...went to yoga today for the first time since the eye surgery...it was much needed! Except all the pg ladies there reminded me that I would be into my 2nd tri by now...and might be showing too...:(

Jamie....so glad to hear you are feeling better about everything. That puts a smile on my face :D

Bilson....yahhh to yoga. Probably feels great to get out and back into the swing of things again.

My husband just asked me....are you going to start taking your progesterone? I'm like HELL NO. My body seriously needs a break from all that stuff. I am not worried. If Mother Nature wants to make it up to me without having to go through IVF then she will...LOL. Just thought it was really odd I would (1) even ovulate this cycle (since I didn't after my last miscarriage) and (2) ovulate so soon after everything I went through. Maybe it is all just a fluke? I am not going to give it a second thought.

Hi girls, I wanted to know if I could join. I was part of the Jan DDC and miscarried on 5/12/11. We have been TTC #2 since 8/1/2010, so that year mark is coming up quicker than I'd like.

I'm going to the doc Tuesday or a follow up on the miscarriage. It is the same appointment that should have been my first prenatal. Ugh.

Anyways, if I'm welcomed here are my stats:

Names:Fawkes - Me: Crystal (26), DH: Jonathan (27)
Location: South Florida
TTC history:
7/2008 - started TTC #1
4/2009 - started fertility work up
5/7/2009 - BFP
1/7/2010 - Gave birth to Addison Elizabeth
8/1/2010 - started TTC #2
5/12/2011 - BFP
5/17/2011 - Early Miscarriage
Current TTC Status: was told to wait one cycle, but we are just going to NTNP instead.

Bilson....to have as much as possible while you feel good.....right....LOL

My husband was so miserable when I was pregnant because I would hardly let him touch me. He just didn't get how bad I felt. I felt like a horrible wife. Did you guys feel the same way?

No...not being silly AT ALL! Everytime we BD I just wanted to get it over with and check for blood. I was always worried. I was starting to annoy DH (he just didn't get it). Even my high risk OB cleared me for any and all activities. I started working out again but took it a little easier etc. When I learned that the baby's heart stopped beating the first thing doctor said was don't start thinking you had anything to do with this. Of course it crossed my mind. Like did I push myself a little too hard during a workout. I think that is why I am relieved to learn the result of the pathology. Next pregnancy I am going to TRY to have a different mindset. If the pregnancy was meant to be then it will progress. I will have sex, workout and try not to obsess so much. However much easier said then done!!! Right.

Hello 

You are very welcome crystal though it is sad to welcome anyone to a loss group and yet as Theresa has said it has been a good place to get support :) how are you doing? I hope you find a little comfort here with us.I saw my midwife to discuss my loss instead of discussing pregnancy plan sob :( im sorry you had to go through it too. We were going to wait after first cycle to start too but like you we are ntnp.

Bilson I was exactly the same - for a while I wouldn't let dh near me during the 2ww ut I just got so stressed with it that eventually decided to go fir it but like you said Theresa I was always worried. When pg too I wouldn't have sex and felt awful for dh as suddenly we had gone from bding a lot to nowt! Think we had sex once and I just didn't enjoy it. Drs too had cleared me and there was no reason why I should have worried but worry and reason dont often sit together!it's a mindset isn't it? I hope to adopt a more relaxed approach next time too! I think that's why I'm enjoying not trying and not
being pg right now- the not worrying thing. I would say if you'd feel better not bding during the wait then dont- dh will survive :)

Also great on getting back to yoga- I desperatly need to get back to pilates- hurt my back yest and also after a loong walk my hips were playing up (from spd during pregnancy with DD).

Jamie- I'm glad to hear you're feeling netter! Getting things put always helps me and feel free to vent here anytime! I'm sure I'll have a pity party of my own at some point!!

Theresa- good thinking on giving ur body a break and the wait and see approach is a gooden- like Jamie said, you never know maybe it isn't just a fluke!but going with the flow makes sense!

So no af yet- but sometimes I spot then have nothing for a day then it comes so we'll see. Feeling relaxed and optimistic atm- feel like my initial rush to get pg has been replaced with a what will be attitude. Hope it lasts- I dont like stressing over ttc :s

I am also trying to have a different mindset....but it is difficult now that I am on the other side (the tww)....

I guess I will just do what my body wants to do....if it wants exercise (in what ever form  )...I will give it what it wants!

Kim.. What is spd? Sorry you are having pain :(

My temp shot way up this AM....weird! I don't think I will test til AF is due....don't need the heartache.

Oh yes bilson its one thing for me to be calm and collected knowing the chance of me being pg is remote but ask me again after af! I hope i can keep my cool when im in tne 2ww! Its so funny i used to be so niave regarding ttc thinking everytime i had sex i could be pregnant- if only! I like ur take on bding :) excersise eh lol!! Though actually I hear for losing weight it's a good workout! Maybe that's why I'm soooo skinny haha!!

Spd is short for symphasis pubis dysfunction - it can be common in pregnancy as ligaments slack and the pelvis moves- it is common for the pelvis to separate but in my case it overlapped and got stuck! Then I was on crutches for my last trimester and still have flare ups now :s was one of the reasons why we needed a bug gap between children. Hoping the spd is more controlled next time round! I do need to start pilates soon- I let it go since mc- we all need a break sometimes though!

When is af due bilson? Hope not much longer to wait for you!

Had a weird morning- I was seriously consider g what it would be like to not try for another baby and just have DD. I did t think I'd ever consider it. Hmm x
