Well ladies, bfn this morning, so it must have still been remnants of the shot. I know better than to get my hopes up with the shot. Af should be here tomorrow or Saturday.

Blinken - 6 weeks before the due date?? Man, we need to move to Germany! :) That stinks about getting the minimum, but I'm sure you'll figure it out and all will be fine. Good luck at the appt today and let us know how it goes!

BLINKEN!!!!! :happyforyou: HOW EXCITING!!!!!! OMGOSH!!! :omg: :omg: :omg: :omg: I am super excited for you guys. Your little Kian is going to be a big brother...how special. Love that you basically had to read big brother's shirt to the husband, lol. So fun! Super excited for your next scan. I know you are probably nervous, but I really feel like everything is going to be all right. Can't wait to follow along this pregnancy with you.

Aw, Keep...I was really hopeful you'd get a darker line this morning, but I'm still not giving up hope! You aren't out til the witch comes riding in on her broom. :noaf2: :noaf:

Thanks for all the congratulations! :)

Keep - I'm sorry to hear that it was a BFN this morning :( I was REALLY hoping!!! BUT, like Mel said, you aren't totally out until the witch gets you!

Just wanted to let you guys know the appointment went well, baby was there with teeny tiny hands and feet and a heartbeat :D . The baby is measuring 3 days behind the last measurement though, 7w5d instead of 8w1d. My dr said that's normal for it to be a few days ahead or behind and not to worry, but what do you all think? Is that normal, or should I be worried?? Kian always measured accurately or a few days ahead, so that's why I'm asking.
Unofficial due date is May 13, 2017, but it will be more accurate at my 10 week appointment.

On another note: The last two days Kian has been taking 3-4 independent steps. He just keeps standing up and practicing - we're right on our way to walking! :)

Blinken...yay! So glad the appt went well and so cute about the tiny hands and feet! I'm not an expert, but I'd say if the doctor isn't concerned then the measurements must be ok. So it's 3 days behind what you expected? Do you think you ovulated a few days later than you thought?

Thanks everyone for the support. Yes, I know I'm still in until the witch shows. I'm ok with it...I try to look at the positive in everything and of course I'd take it whenever it's meant to be....but based on my lmp my first EDD prior to any scans would have been on my ex's birthday....not a way I want to start out a pregnancy lol. BUT like I said, if I end up being pregnant I'll deal with it...maybe ask the doctor to fudge the date by a day or two :D I'm positive it will happen for us soon, I can feel it and I'm not ready to use our frozen eggs just yet. My cycles are regular, I'm ovulating and there has got to be a good egg in there somewhere. I think at this point I need to give ourselves a little more time, stay away from the RE for a while and it will happen.

Blinken, that's so great that you had a great appointment and got to see your little baby. I still can't believe that I am even saying these things to you, lol. You totally caught me off guard! But I love it. As for measuring three days behind, I don't think I would be at all concerned, especially if your doctor is not worried. Was the heartbeat nice and strong?

Keep, I just love your optimism. You are truly just a ray of sunshine and I also believe that you are so very close to your BFP. I can't wait! Pretty soon I'll be the only one on here not pregnant. If I didn't love you all so much, I would have totally moved on by now. I think I'm starting to be a creeper, lol.

Yay for a great appointment, Kendra! The measurements are no cause for concern. That early, when the embryo is that small, it is very easy to click one or 2 pixels from where it should be, which changes the measurements. All sounds normal to me!

Keep - I also just LOVE your optimism and can't wait wait wait for the day you get that BFP!!!

Hope - I'm sorry for the BFN :( I really hope this IUI brings that BFP this cycle! Can't wait to see your test tomorrow!! :D

Keep and Hope - I'm hoping for TWO BFP's this month! :bfp:

Thanks everyone for your comments, it made me feel better and less worried about the measurements. I'm only comparing it to the first scan I had, I really don't know when my actual date of ovulation was. It's weird to say that, because the other two pregnancies I could pinpoint ovulation as I was taking OPK's like crazy. Lindsey, my doctor told me the same thing, just a slight click difference can change the due date by a day or two. Mel, also not sure about the heartbeat, as they don't tell you the heart rate here in Germany. They just show you the heart beating on the ultrasound, but that's it. So I HOPE it was nice and strong, just don't actually know :P It's also too bad, because you could use the heart rate as a guess whether it is a boy or girl

Thursday is my mom's 60th birthday and so I'm going to put the Big Brother shirt on Kian during our skype date and surprise her with a fun birthday present! I hope she notices it quicker than my hubby did haha

Hey ladies,

Kevin survived the ride in the car for about 10hrs! Mom and Dad did too. We took turns sitting in the back with him when he would wake up and feed him. The trip home was much easier then the trip up. I'm in my last two weeks of maternity leave and I get my jury duty summons. Thankfully I'm excused since I'm bfing. We go on Monday for another weight check so I'm assuming that with the formula he'll be well over 10lbs.

Mel, thanks for the onesie! Fingers crossed he still fits in it at the end of the month haha.

Shannon, what a bummer, but you are always optimistic and I know that BFP is around the corner!

How is everyone doing?

Blinken, what a great way to surprise your mom for her birthday. Yes...fingers crossed she figures it out quicker! lol
Women tend to be more aware, so I bet she will figure it out pretty fast! You will have to let us know how it goes!

Steph, that's great that baby boy did so well on the long car ride. Fingers crossed that he makes it up above the ten pound mark for his next visit. As for the onesie fitting, I bet it still will. Owen wore that when he was seven weeks and if I had to guess, he was probably about twelve pounds or more by that time. I hope you'll post pictures of him in his Halloween outfit. I still haven't decided what Owen will be this year. He was a cowboy last year but I'm trying to stay away from things that go on his head, like hats, because he won't wear them for very long. :? Anyone have any suggestions?

I hope everyone is doing well! Can't wait to see some BFP's on the board.

Ace, you're coming in for the home stretch now. How are you feeling?
