second beta came back at 26. Not even close to a double. Repeat beta on wed but the bottom line is my numbers are just too low. I am most likely in for a miscarriage or a ectopic pregnancy. I still haven't tested or told DH. I feel like my body is failing me and this baby. I am broken.

Chantilly, Hugs!! I am so sorry that you are feel that way. I do not want to raise your hopes and give you heartache, but your numbers are increasing and hopefully will continue to increase. Every pregnancy is different and maybe your Hcg will rise faster now. You are in my thoughts and every cell is my body praying for your sticky bean. FX crossed for 3rd beta. Lots and lots of love to pay. Take care of yourself.

Chantilly - so sorry to hear you're going through this! I went through 2 early miscarriages and it's disheartening to say the least! Of course you have the right to not tell DH but I highly recommend telling him for support! He should know what you're going through because in reality it's something you both are going through as it's your baby. I bet you'll feel better knowing you have his support through this! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that those numbers get up there and double!!

What is the doc saying about all this?

third beta only went to 27. its either a blighted ovum or a ectopic. repeat betas until my numbers decrease or I will need medical intervention to terminate. I told DH and was totally unprepared for his grief he wants to wait and whole heartedly believes the numbers will improve. he doesn't seem to want to believe that by 7 days they should have dramatically increased. RE suggested waiting 2-3 months to ttc again and I am ok with this as I will need the time to heal.

Awww I am so sorry chantilly. Tons of *hugs* and prayers for you. I went through 2 losses and I know how hard it is. Take the time to heal! You guys will make it through this. I'm glad you told your dh. I'm sure it was the shock at first and he probably needs time to process it all. Hang in there!

Any updates after the 3rd beta?

Lots of hugs and love your way
