have you ever had your thyroid checked?
i've heard one in eight women have thyroid problems and only 40% know it. ask to have your TSH checked (simple blood test). it needs to be between 1 and 2 to get pregnant and carry to term. dr's will tell you it's normal any where up to 5 but really you want it under 2 so get the number, don't accept it if they just say it's normal.
when you're pregnant, if you have thyroid problems, your thyroid will go wonky. I had to have my thyroid meds upped 3x during my pregnancy.
(pregnant women really have to watch their tsh because most do need increases to their meds, even very very early on)
When my level is too high or two low i lose hair, that's what made me think of that.
also, having a TSH that's too low or two high can make getting pregnant crazy hard (i had 40+ day cycles if my tsh was low, low thyroid means a higher TSH number. High thyroid means a lower TSH number so it's backward of what you might think) and can actually cause miscarriage.
for sure get it checked out
