Momma: 2dpo is when I start researching implantation days..lol..I can't help it. I did make it to 4 dpo before that search began this round though. I think its hope that keeps us all coming back after nasty bfn cycles. I tested today after chasing the mailwoman down, at 6dpo knowing full well it would be negative. Heck, you could see clear through my super undiluted pee for miles. I just had to do it. The only reason I'm not crying is because its too early for a bfp. And your dip on your chart is similiar to my pregnancy dip with my daughter. It shot down on O day then up high 1dpo then dropped down to coverline on 2dpo...I got so mad. I thought I'd missed my O day. Nope. :babydustb: :babydustg:

Danaa, just dropping in to check on you. Glad to see you are handling everything so well. I am so sorry this IVF did not work the way we all wanted it to work for you and I hope when you are ready that you will get another chance to try again. Hugs honey!

Hi Ladies, Help! I have very high anxiety right now. I can't seem to focus on anything but my own panic. I'm not even sure why I'm anxious. I wonder if it's the clomid? I'm also a little anxious because I told myself I wouldn't drink on clomid because I read it decreases it's affect. But last night I went out with some friends and I thought, "I need to relax and just have a night to myself." I literally only had 2 drinks but I'm anxious it's going to weaken the clomid. My last pill is tomorrow.

Fly - nice to see you pop in!

Courtney - FX for you!!

MK - good for you for overcoming your shyness!! Wait I must have missed but what pain were you having?

Dana - Glad to see you're keeping busy! When does the pup arrive?

Andi, I am so sorry you are feeling so anxious. How does your DH handle it? What do you like to do to relax? Perhaps it's the clomid?

Momma, I had a low dip on DPO 2 with my BFP. It's called a fallback rise and it only happens on DPO 2. See if your temps rise after it and stay high. If so, that's what it was. Research it. I didn't know what it was until I saw it on my chart this month. I guess it's a dip when your estrogen lowers and your progesterone rises and that switcharoo makes the dip.

Andi
I'm not a doctor but from what I read it makes the side affects worse. If it was just two drinks one night I would think you would be fine.

I don't remember feeling any differnt on clomid but I'm sure at this point it has really built up in your system and should be just fine. And the axiety you feel might be from the clomid as well. Try and find a dark place to relax in and have some decaf tea or a warm glass of lemon water. :hugs:

Eoe, thank you for your lovely comments. My fur babies are cuties (even when they drive me crazy haha). Last night I had a huge meltdown and was a crying mess after all the BFNs, and DH is away at the moment. So one of them just curled up right on my chest and kept head butting me and reaching out with his paw, so cute. We named them after the characters on the TV show psych hahaha, bit of an obscure reference over here.
MK, enjoy the fun part and GL with your BD timing!! I love Bowie. Sorry if I missed this but who plays what in the band?
Faith, is your LP only 10 days long? You must have short cycles!! I have only had 28 day cycles for the first time in my life for the last few months on Femara and it's amazing! GL with the next test, sorry about the BFN but you're right it was probably too early haha.
Andi, the same thought crossed my mind before I shared a pic. I am still super paranoid and might end up deleting in now that you've all seen it haha. Also, it's hard to say if the anxiety is clomid related or TTC related. I hope it passes soon. I don't know much about clomid side effects, but I am sure 2 drinks will be fine, that much would barely nudge your blood alcohol level, right?
I was feeling super anxious on Sunday but after the BFNs, that has passed and now I'm just feeling very overwhelmed and depressed. I only have 2 more cycles left before the next specialist appt where we will discuss IVF and other options. As per usual, even after the BFNs and the temperature dip yesterday (as well as other signs that my progesterone has started to drop like the lack of sore boobs, mood swings, crazy chocolate cravings) there is still a part of my I can't squash that thinks I'm in with a shot! I don't know why I do this every cycle, but even when all logic tells me I am not pregnant, there's always that one little bit of hope until AF comes. I was doing well talking myself out of it yesterday, so that I could deal with the sadness now and move on by Friday, and then my temp rose again today so the crazy started all over again haha.
