Hi ladies!! Just wanted to give an uodate, things are progressing very well and we still can't believe this is happening. We had our first OB appt this past Tuesday and got to see our little one, We were 8w2d at the appt, baby measured a day ahead and had a heart rate of 174. I get the joy of doing the 1 hour glucose test at our next appt in 4 weeks. So far so good! :D

Katy - huge congratulations on the new house, how exciting!

I hope everyone else is doing well! ♡♡

YAY that is the BEST news! I love your ticker!!! :hb: That heart rate sounds like a baby girl to me! Are you going to find out via ultrasound or wait until birth?

Katy - congrats on the house! I hope you are all settling in nicely.

Mel - Thinking of you!

Kendra - how are you?

Here are some pics of the kiddos for your viewing pleasure! :) Fiona is 20 months and Ciaran is 6 months. They wear the same size clothes! Ciaran is off the charts in length and 95th percentile in weight. My big boy! Fiona is so beautiful and smart. I am so proud of them!

How cute are they? Seriously, you and hubby make some gorgeous kiddos! I'm so excited for you for #3! Yep, with that heart rate we may have a girl brewing, we shall see. We'll find out as soon as we can. We've thrown around the idea of waiting, but I'm too impatient and a planner so I want to know. Dh is ridiculously scared it's a girl, he says girls are scary and he may have to live on the front porch with a shotgun in hand  He'll be fine though and she'll have him wrapped around her finger. Even before we got pregnant I kept getting this feeling we would have a girl, so it will be interesting to find out.

Hi EOE, hope all are doing well!

Hey Ladies! It's been awhile since I dropped in. Kevin is getting so big already 14months. Where does the time go? We've been actively trying for #2 since around May. So far the past 2 months I've had chemical pregnancies. I just got AF today. I'm so disappointed because I thought we knew how to attack the issues I have and this would be much easier, but it's just more of the same. I'm just so frustrated and needed to place to vent. Hopefully you're all well.

Highland, I was diagnosed last pregnancy with Antiphospholipid syndrome. It's basically an autoimmune clotting disorder that is only present when I'm trying to get pregnant. When I went through all of this before they just had me take a baby aspirin until a HB was detected and then I went on heparin. That seemed to work as I had Kevin. We've been trying since about May and I had positives this month and the previous, but they ended pretty fast with AF showing up. The only thing that I can think of that was different was right before we conceived the first time I was on antibiotics for a bladder infection and maybe the antibiotics could have helped. Otherwise I'm at a loss right now. Clearly frustrated that nothing has changed for us since trying for #1. :|

I was on Cephalexin for a bladder infection, I don't remember how long I had to take them, but I do remember it was like two days after I believed I Ovulated. I'd have to go back and see if I had documented anything in the app I was using to track everything.

Oh so Keflex, it's a broad spectrum antibiotic. I'm not sure that had anything to do with it but I would definitely mention it to your doc (or have you?).

Hey Lady,

I'm on CD 7 right now. So I have a little more then a week most likely before the O happens. Yeah the CPs are really killing my spirit. I really need to just make an appointment and talk with my dr. I can't believe Kian is 2, wow! He's getting so big.

How's everyone else?

Oh my, how is Kian 2 already?????? Time flies! Things with me are fine, 17 weeks now. It's been pretty easy so far, the only issue I've had is it seems I developed carpel tunnel in my right arm which I guess is pretty common in pregnancy. It only bothers me when I'm sleeping, I was having a hard time and waking up a lot and so exhausted from it. I finally got a wrist splint and it's done wonders in helping me to sleep.

Yup Kendra, went and saw the RE today too. If this cycle doesn't work I'm to take letrozole next cycle and just continue with the aspirin. Now it's just a waiting game this cycle.
