LiLis- I am so very sorry about Lili's passing. Her name is beautiful. We welcome you with open hugs but I am so sad to welcome more people to this group. I wish this is something we never had to do. Your words were very comforting to me as I always wished I had my loss a little later actually. My loss was 11 weeks and I always felt so guilty that I never felt him kick or move. I always felt like I had to fight for his existence because to everyone else he never was. Where as, a later loss, I imagined I wouldn't have had to fight for people to listen to my pain, and tell me he wasnt even a baby- and just a ball of cells (true story- aren't people awful?) Anyway, your words were so very kind and I am so so so so sorry about Lili. I do hope you cherish those memories forever and I know she is in your heart always.

My due date was today- it's a sad day. I somehow end up getting very upset a few days before so I imagine I will be okay tomorrow. Been listening to this song- watch out you WILL cry if you listen to it but I think it's so beautiful. It's a Christian song about heaven but it's beautiful to my heart and I wanted to share it. I sing it often remembering him. He would have been 3.

LilliS Mom - thanks for your kind words. I'm so sorry you went through such a late term loss

I agree, a loss is a loss. I've had 4. My first was at 12.5 weeks and it took my body a while to recover, I had been through the first trimester sickness etc etc. so I just meant that in some ways, losing early (as hard as it is) is more gentle on my body. Still a loss I am mourning BUT personally,- little easier - at least physically -than my later MC.

Welcome to our group. Not a fun club to be in but the ladies here are excellent support!

@Stardancer thank you for your words. Your son mattered just as much as any baby. I'm sorry someone could have ever uttered those harsh, hurtful words, about your little boy. And like all our angels, will be remembered dearly. Thank you so much for the song recommendation. It is beautiful and so relevantly reflects the thoughts and feelings of a lot of mom's of angels.

@KatyinDC thank you. not a group i'd ever want to join. But I do know that women who've suffered losses are some of the strongest women i've met thus far, so I am honored in that regard.

I realized I jumped right in without doing an intro!
So we're trying for #2. I'm 1 DPO. this is our 2nd cycle, first actively trying. I'm on Femara days 3-7 because of AMA. This cycle we used Preseed, Fertile CM, Ovaboost, EPO, CoQ10, Omega 3,6,9, Zinc and OPKs. I used the same methods when we conceived Lili (except Preseed) and I got my BFP on cycle 2. I'm hoping we're as fortunate this time around, but I know there's a chance we won't be. I am honestly just so grateful my cycles have gotten back to normal so steadily! It gives me hope that if this isn't our cycle, it will be soon enough.

I am not as good at keeping up with each post and breaking down my response's haha but thank you all all for your kind words and hopeful rainbow stories!! Praying for my rainbow and your's as well!!!

LilisMom-Hi! I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing your story. I think I am in my TWW too, but clueless due to the circumstances.

I believe I have ovulated, but not sure of DPO since I was not tracking and I haven't had a cycle yet (not sure if it's going to be off.) I usually O around day 14 which would put me at DPO 12(if I count MC as CD1) but I got a negative test yesterday :( The thing is...I had a ton of O pain in the days after CD 14(lasted sooooo long,) so I think I O'd late. BUT sadly since I was SO hormonal and moody I withheld BD'ing from DH for like 4 days(I have never done this and feel like a bad wife, but I am trying to give myself grace after all I have been through.) ANYWAY I am so sure I missed it and really think I am out :( However I did feel a lot of pinching in my sleep last night and can't help but hope it was implantation!!! My MC started 12/21, so maybe I will test again on Sat. the 20th.

Hi ladies - I will do personals tomorrow, as I am just exhausted, but wanted to let you all know AF is here and very weird. Since I got first PP AF, it's been very heavy and bright red from the moment it begins. Today it started off thick and very dark brown, almost black, and almost a pasty consistency. It has become the typical bright red now, but I found the beginning very odd. Is it maybe because my cycle has reset itself and it was somehow a very thorough clean-out or what? Have any of you had that happen?

@history be easy on yourself. Indeed, you deserve the grace and I'm sure your H understands that this has got to be hard on you. It sucks how our hormones get so out of wack after a loss and trying to decipher everything just makes the loss and process that much harder. I'm praying your body adjusts sooner rather than later!

@HighlandGamesGirlCO it does sound like your uterus is expelling matter it may not have regulated in past, pp cycles. Sometimes it does take a little bit of time for it to rid itself of everything. To me, the fact that the type of flow normalized after the black pasty blood, is further evidence of that.

Thank you, LilisMom!!

Ladies-I am freaking out again (kinda in a good way I guess.) I was going to wait to test again, but I started peeing like crazy and my mood is all of a sudden better so I had to test again this morning. AND I SEE A FAINT LINE!

Did any of you continue to have your morning cup of coffee after your losses when you got your next BFP? Some say it's okay and some say it's not. Should I give I up all together?

History, Can you post a pic? We love to see a good pee stick. Honestly if it's one cup, I think it's fine. You're allowed a certain amount and one cup will be fine. Definitely do what makes you comfortable. They tell you to stop eating deli meat unless it's warm and not to eat any pink meat, but I did it anyway.

Lindsey, I did not have that at all. Hopefully it's just a full cleaning and your body is getting ready for a BFP this next cycle.

AFM: Everything went well and looked great yesterday. The little gummy bear is measuring right on track. I had a ton of blood work done per usual and I'll go back at 12 weeks. I started lovenox last week since the RE had confirmed everything looked good. I need to follow up and make sure they scheduled everything because I didn't see any new appointments come up in there system. We've told almost everyone in my immediate family so it's exciting. Now to make sure I don't gain too much weight. I think the last time I went crazy, haa, and this time I intend to do a little better. It thankfully all came off the last time, but I worked my but off. I'd rather have a slow consistent gain that isn't too crazy. Fingers crossed.

Katy, any new news? How are you doing?
Star, anything new? When does your husband come back?
