Hi All!! Here's the new thread :)

Steph - Glad that everything went well with Kevin on the long car ride! What a trooper!

I skyped with my mom as usual on Thursday, I was feeding Kian at the time so he had a bib. When he finished, I told her Kian had a birthday surprise for her, and I took the bib off. She couldn't read it clearly so I had to bring him closer to the computer, then she started screaming and screaming and then crying lol "What? No way! What? are you serious?! I told everyone you weren't even going to start trying until the end of next year!" hahaha
So yes, she is very happy :)
My dad is coming to visit me at the end of this month, so if all goes well, then I'll put the same shirt on Kian when I pick my dad up from the airport.

Thanks Blinken for starting a new thread! How wonderful about your mom and what a great reaction from her, hoping your dad figures it out lol.

Hi everyone, happy Friday and hope you all have a wonderful weekend! It's supposed to be absolutely beautiful here, so we'll take advantage of being outside as much as possible. I'm planning on taking the doggies out for a walk around the lake today after I get off work. Not much else going on here, CD 8 and just waiting to O. Ahh, living life in 2 week increments. Oh well, what can you do.

Love to all! xx

Thanks for starting this Blinken!

Guys only one more week home, how did this happen so fast? I need to get work clothes, my clothes definitely do not fit me. My MIl will be here next week and she offered to help me find some stuff. Shopping with Kevin alone is definitely not easy.

Keep, we all know that feeling, haha and I agree the weather should be great. I'm enjoying the cool weather finally.

Happy Friday!

Yay for a new thread! Thanks Blinken!
That's great that your mom had such a wonderful reaction. Can't wait to hear how your dad reacts to the exciting news.
Keep, that sounds so nice, a walk around the lake...is it weird that I'm excited O time is coming up for you? Lol! Can't wait til you get your bfp!
Steph...it's SO hard going back to work. I know all too well, but it won't be long before you guys settle into a good routine. Can you wear leggings to work? That's what I wore a lot of while getting back to pre pregnancy weight. They are so forgiving! I actually still wear them all the time.
It's still pretty hot here, you guys. Not feeling much like fall at all until well after the sun sets. Its been in the high 80's. We went to a fall festival today and wore shirts and tshirts!

We are good but I am anxious for my next scan. Bump is getting big and very hard to hide in work...I will probably come clean on Friday with the news in work. I can't wait for the solid kicks. I have been feeling movements and flutters esp at night the last few weeks. And what feels like kicks to the cervix could this be possible? Monday halfway over thankfully!!

Ahhh! How exciting, Sept! We need to see a bump pic from you, for sure. I can't wait to hear how the scan goes for you. And aren't kicks great?? I think that's what I miss the very most about pregnancy.

Ace, getting ever so close to delivery. How are you feeling, momma?

How is everyone else? Hope you all had a great weekend.

Sept- I can't believe you're so far along already!

Steph- It's so hard going back to work, but eventually you get used to it and it's not terrible. I second Mel's comment about leggings. So comfy!

AFM- Delivery day is quickly approaching. I'm super exhausted because I barely sleep anymore, but otherwise I'm doing pretty good. We're all ready for little man to arrive. Just a few things to clean up at home and take care of at work and we're good to go.

Thanks Blinken for the new thread :)
I think I read from one of your posts that you're living in Germany - are you German or just living there as an expat? I'm from Austria, so theoretically your neighbour ; -)

Since my last negative IUI I'm now considering my options. Has any of you ladies gone from IUI to IVF? If yes, how many rounds of IUI did you do?

Hope I only did ivf. I was told by hospital to do iui but felt it wouldn't give me anymore benefit so went straight to ivf with pgs testing. Will you try one or more iui?

Hi All! It's Friday again, yay, the weekend is almost here! :D

Keep - is O time here yet????

Steph - Last weekend before you start work! Feeling for you :( Good luck on Monday! :hugs:

Sept - you've been able to hide your pregnancy at work for this long?? Holy smokes! You must be wearing some baggy clothing! hahaha How are you feeling? Those kicks are wonderful!

Ace - my goodness, due date is fast approaching!! You have a scheduled c-section, do I have that right? When is it?

Hope - I'm not German (I'm Canadian), but have been working here as a teacher for 5 years. My husband is German though, I met him 7 months after I moved here :) So little Kian is German/Canadian. I speak only English with him, and my hubby only German. Cool that you are from Austria, we are neighbours! Are you living there right now?

AFM:
Had my 10 week ultrasound yesterday! I was very nervous for this scan as with my first pregnancy I found out about the miscarriage at my 10 week scan. Everything went well though! Measuring correctly, and doctor said everything looks healthy. Hope it stays that way! :)
I'll attach a photo.

Happy Friday ladies!

Blinken - AHHHH look at that beautiful scan, I love it! Congrats!!

Steph - How is little Kevin doing? Sorry the time is coming quickly to return to work :(

Ace - Good luck and update us when you can! Eeeek so exciting!

Sept - I also cannot believe you've been able to hide it for so long!

Mel - Hope the weather is cooling off for you! We are finally getting some cooler weather and it's nice, although I'm not a fan of winter at all. I like it for about 5 minutes lol.

Lindsey - how are you doing, anything new to report?

Hi EOE!

AFM - CD15 here and I'm 1 dpo today, whoop whoop! We have a busy few weeks coming up so hopefully the time will pass quickly.

Hi ladies,

Yup last weekend before I go back on Monday. Kevin is doing well at his weight check he was 10lbs 9.6oz. We don't go back until his 4th month so we have some time. He's talking so much and he giggles. It's making it so hard going back. Today is his first day at daycare. I'll pick him up early though :). So not ready for this. I'm sure he's doing great. Definitely cried as I walked out. I'll just try and keep myself busy today.
