No AF, but I'm guessing she's on her way. I've been so super irritable today. Henry's sick, I'm sick, I have a migraine, backache, and cramps and want to sleep, but the stupid neighbor's dog sat outside Henry's window barking for a half an hour, so he only napped for like 30 minutes (instead of 2-3 hours) and I had literally just dozed off when it woke us up. I tried to get him back down in my bed but the dog wouldn't shut up, so now he's totally awake and in a terrible mood, and so am I! It's hubby's day off, but he's off testing tires for a dirt bike company he works reviews for. It was planned well in advance, and I told him he could go, but of course now I'm mad at him for being gone. I'm not usually an irritated emotional person, just one that cries easily, so I think this moodiness is definitely hormone related. Anyway...

Simone, yes, you are right. I get pregnant fairly easily, so I know it will happen again, it's just not fitting into all of the plans I made and that's getting to me today. I also thought my cycle went right back to normal, so I'm really upset playing the waiting game now, wondering how long my LP is going to be and if/when it will get back to normal.

Taylor, I took 2 doses a day my first bfp cycle- one around lunch time and one in the evening.

Kat, robatussen should work exactly the same! I actually prefer the liquid. I feel like it gets to work faster. ;)

Ok... I think I'm going to go self-medicate with some ice cream...

Welcome to all the newbies. There's a few that joined recenty.

Becca- I hear you on things not going according to plan. We expected to get pregnant in a few months not after a year (13 months and counting!) Sometimes mother nature blows. Will you be skipping next cycle to avoid the holidays?

Libby have you made the driver take you to the pharmacy yet? Lol

Veronica- how's your little bean?

So hubby got home, and I had my ice cream, so I'm feeling better lol.

Bre, I don't know what the plan is for next cycle. I don't think I can purposely prevent... I just don't have it in me. But I also don't know if I'm capable of ntnp. I know my O signs pretty well, and I want to track my temp so I know how long my LP is that cycle and everything. Idk. We might just go for it. I get to choose my c-section date, within a certain timeframe, so we can likely avoid Christmas day! And I might not get pregnant next cycle either, so it might not even matter.

My aunt is an OB and I just asked her about LP changing after a mc. She said my cycles could still be wonky from the mc, LP can change a little bit depending on strength and quality of the egg/accompanying progesterone, or I could actually be pregnant and it's not showing up yet.

Then I asked her if I should have expected a positive by now based on my history of early positives and she said yes, most likely, but there's no way to know for sure until AF comes or I get a positive test.

Even though I didn't get good news, per se, I feel a little better hearing a professional, honest opinion.

Wow girls - feeling kind of sick this morning but it's not a morning sickness (at least i don't think so) it's more anticipation sickness because I know this time tomorrow I'll be at home and I'll know for sure if I'm pregnant or not!

I've decided it's a "winner takes all" situation when I get home...

I have two types of HPT, a Clear Blue digi and a First Reaponse, Becca I bought the First Reaponse because of what you said last time about the Pink dye Vs the Blue dye

So I'll take one of each and the answer is the answer no matter what

I figure I'm a week late so if they're negative there's no chance that I'm testing too early and it's simply the travel that's upset my cycle

Becca, as you say, I'm either pregnant or I'm not, two tests, one time, winner takes all

Xxx

Becca, Sorry you're feeling so down. I highly recommend Halo Top ice cream if you have it in your area. Depending on the type you get (oatmeal cookie is super good), the entire pint of ice cream is 320 calories or less. Aaaand it tastes as good as Ben and Jerry's! So that's awesome.

Bre, Where are you at in your cycle? I can't remember.

Veronica, How are you doing?

Kat, I wish I had 4 day AFs. Haha. Mine always seem to last at least 7 days, with residual spotting. The Fermara building up your lining sounds like a good thing though! At least there will be a very happy home for the bean to stick to when it happens. :)

AFM: Nothing new to report. CD 14 for me. I didn't get positive OPKs until CD20/21 last cycle, but I'm testing once a day until they get darker. I'll test when I get home from work today. I slept like junk last night and I'm cranky. Can someone give me a shot of happiness endorphins?

Maggie- I'm 10dpo today. No really out of the ordinary symptoms. Other than my nipples were tingley a couple of days ago and I'm chalking it up to the shirts I wore. How long are your cycles?

I had some red streaks when I went to the bathroom a little bit ago so I'm sure AF will be on her way soon. It's not out of the ordinary for me to spot for a day or 2 and stop before AF arrives.

Hi ladies,

Just a quick update from me, I took another FRER this morning (I will attach the photos) and pretty sure this is the start of my BFP!! I don't want to get my hopes up just yet but CM is still really creamy, my CP is so high! Boobs feel full, especially the left one and temp is still way above the coverline! I normally get terrible cramps right before AF but just feeling twinges basically and sharp pains here and there.
But I think the biggest red flag to me is the heartburn. I've never gotten heartburn in my life but starting last week, I started getting it! My older sister who is pregnant is saying that was one of the biggest signs for her!
This line showed up at the 3 minute mark and continued to get darker and more pink to it. It's harder to see on the photo and you can see it way easier in person!

Bre, I'm around a 33-36 day cycle. I have a 10 day LP, so it's the wait to O that's the longest waiting part for me, although the TWW feels like an eternity. Hurry up and wait!

Libby!I'm sooo excited for you to test!! Eeeee also, super jealous of your whole India trip haha :)

AFM: CD14 woke up to a bunch of EWCM haha gross. I took my first dose of mucinex yesterday so I'm not sure if that's what did the trick or my body is actually starting to gear up for O soon, probably both haha. In any case I expect to O within the next 3 days :) my goal-BD marathon hahahaha
Will start opks today!

My cycles vary between 23-31 days so they're all over the place. Although they've been 25-30 the past few cycles. I've attached my chart. I'm still clueless as to what I'm looking at other than the temp drops at the ends of my charts indicate AF lol.

Libby, I'm so exited for you to test!!!!

Maggie, I'll have to try halo top. I know my sister loves it!

Bre, sorry it looks like AF is on her way. :(

Kiera, I bet tomorrow you will have your bfp!

Taylor, get busy!

AFM, I had a fever last night, so I'm not sure if this morning's temp is at all accurate. I hardly slept and have the most terrible body aches. :( At least Henry slept all night. He has the same thing I do so he's been pretty miserable.

14 dpo today. I saved fmu and I'll dip a test just to check, but I'm pretty sure it's pointless. Hoping AF just gets a move on soon.

Morning all.

Keira- totally see that line - I knew you had a bfp! :D Congrats! Heartburn is good especially if you don't normally get it!

Libby - thinking of you and sending as many positive thoughts as I can your way. FX.

Maggie- HaloTop is excellent isn't it? My DH always has a fit when I throw some in the shopping cart (because of the $$$'s)! I love their lemon cake one. I O sometimes late like that and I hate it too.

Bre - I hope she stays away from you.

Taylor - I take Guaifenesin too and found that it makes a really good difference too to my CM. Good luck with the BD marathon!

Becca -When I saw the temp rise I was so excited for you, then I read your post. Awww, hope you and little Henry get better soon. I am just getting over some crud myself. I have had it for 10 days. Constant nausea, lack of appetite, sleepy and lethargic. So weird. Of course I tested with an HPT to make sure and it was negative so it's not that and I have the onset of O pains so I am pretty sure I will O in the next few days.

Hi EOE!

AFM. nothing to report. Waiting to O. Bleh. Boring!

Oh and I have started a proper diet/healthy eating weight loss plan today. Am so excited. It's very popular in the UK and I did not realize but there is now an American version of it. It's online so I'll give it a go. Snow is melting now too so hopefully I can do laps around one of our little fields without breaking my neck. Am going to use this down time that I have waiting for IVF to actually do something constructive, have some extra padding (well I don't know that I would call it padding, more like a mattress lol) so I am going to go for it as I really want to maximize my chances. My biological clock is ticking away (read that in a Marissa Tomei NY accent whilst tapping my foot on the floor lol). :D

One thing I'm not a fan of pre O, is having to hold your urine all the time for opks, would be so much easier if we could just use fmu!lol
Trying to restrict fluids without dehydrating ugh!
