Can I still get pregnant? And is there something I can do to make it happen? Medication. Etc?

I don't know what your numbers mean, but I'm on letrozole. It works by blocking your body's ability to recognize estrogen for 5 days at the beginning of your cycle. That triggers the brain to amp up production of estrogen and other sex hormones like fsh. It produces a stronger O. I'm not sure if it affects LH, but you can take a trigger shot to induce ovulation if your body isn't don't it in its own. This is just one course of treatment I'm familiar with. Talk to your doctor about your options!

Not yet. She's an OBGYN. Word to the wise: you have to find the right doctor. My old OBGYN wouldn't take me seriously and frequently used the phrase, "You're probably fine." That was without running any tests or anything. I switched OBGYN's (had my primary care doctor find a new one for me) and she immediately tested my progesterone and did a saline ultrasound. My progesterone was super low so I was put on letrozole and progesterone. We're moving on to IUI if this cycle isn't successful. If that fails, I may think about seeing a reproductive endocrinologist after the new year.
