Crazy night. Help! To med or not to med?

Postby Pedroncelli22 » Wed Jul 05, 2017 7:56 pm

Ok quick break down..... I'm 7DPO. I had two follies one 15.5 the other 24. I've had a rollercoaster the first 7 days. Sore BB's.... bloating.... last night I started in on some crazy vivid dreams. (I rarely remember my dreams). At work today I started having hot flashes. Now, I'm laying on my couch exhausted. Hot flashes started and now I'm nauseous. I took my temp and I'm at 99.3. Which my average is around 97.6 or 7. I'm afraid to take anything. If I were to take anything, what would y'all recommend? What do you guys think?

You can use Tylenol for a fever if you need to! I wouldn't do any NSAIDs (ibuprofen, Aleve, aspirin, etc.) Over the counter nausea meds are ok, too if you really need them.

Try placing an ice pack on your inner forearm. It will cool your blood and help with the nausea!

Thank you Bee! Ice pack coming right up and Tylenol going down!

So far so good! I've got some twinges going on. I'm trying as hard as I can to not get my hopes up. But, there is definitely something going on by my left ovary. Which my right is the one that had the 2 follicles. ::breaaaaaathe::

My doctor doesn't want me testing until the 12th (Wednesday). I swear the two week wait is the longest two weeks of our life! (I'm 8DPO). But, I think I'll start testing Saturday and every day after lol. Good luck to you!!!! Fingers crossed for us all!!

Hahaha I get it! I used to test early, but I lost my last two pregnancies this year, so the excitement has turned to worry. I've gotten all of my bfp's by 11 dpo, so if it's bfn on Tuesday I'll know this month is a no go.

Oh no!! That is terrible. I'm so incredibly sorry! Never lose hope! It will happen for us all. I know it. This is my second IUI. I'm doing this completely on my own. I'm 36 and single and want to have a child. So, I opt to go to a sperm bank and do it solo. it's definitely not easy riding this rollercoaster alone. But, this site sure helps!

Oh wow, that does add a layer of stress to the whole process! And yes, I don't know what I'd do without this site... It's so full of support and understanding. Nobody understands these ups and downs the way other women do who have been through it!

I agree 100%! But, we are all a little stronger women each time! Preparing us to be great strong mothers!
