anyone have a good diet or website to help me just diagnosed ...help wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friends who have PCOS told me their Dr's recommended South Beach. You can find PCOS giorls on SB's website in their forums. Good luck!

I also have PCOS I googled diet with PCOS and ent from there I found a lot of helpful articles and books that way good luck!

With PCOS, you should be following as closely as you can to a diabetic's diet. :wink:
First missed injection of Depo: Aug.2005; TTC#2 ever since.
