Anyone know of a good Exercise Workout

Postby HeatherBinCali » Thu Mar 05, 2009 9:32 am

Hey..... I'm a homemaker (well I lost my job last year and live in california and the odds of me getting a job soon are slim to none, so I will be starting school this summer YEAH ME!) and need to get some exercise!!!!! I'm not trying to kill myself, just some basic exercises to get my heart rate up, burn a few calories, lose about 10 pounds and shape up. Does anyone know of a workout like this?

I have a Wii but don't have Wii Fit, does anyone have it and love it?

If you need a buddy, let me know!!!!

hm well on the cheap side there are always outdoor activities to consider like jogging, running, b-ball, tennis etc. or you could invest in a workout video. :)

I am on a website called www.myfitnesspal.com. Check it out....you type in your age, weight, goal weight, etc and it tells you how many calories a day you can eat to lose a certain amt of weight. It keeps track of calories for you and everything. It is AWESOME!

I know, it seems easy, but it will work you!!!! I'm not out really that of shape either, but she knows how to work it. Level 2 is crazy and 3 even harder!!! At one point she says "I want you guys to feel like you're going to die" and believe me, you will!!!!

I'm a gym girl I like to lift weights and do my card in the AC plus it's got free daycare. I struggle less with keeping it off since I started lifting. I also really love spinning.
