anyone? i'm going to start sund. or monday, and hope it works i watched videos on youtube and it's gotten really good reviews

If you aren't already in shape she'll most definately kick your @ss the first few times. I was literally winded within a few minutes my first time trying level 1. Nonetheless its a great workout that works those female areas that are hard to concentrate on such as the lower pouch area below the belly button. Good luck!

ok i got the dvd, i'm on day two of week 1 and man did it kick my butt, i really didn't think so but this is an awesome video

ok hope did you get it yet? i've already lost one lb now how true this is i'm not sure, but i've worked out five days started at 129 and today i'm 128 they say your weight can flucate anywhere from 2lbs any given day but if you do the same time each day you'll get a better idea so so far same time 1lb gone, eyah :jump: :jump:

No, i'm still waiting for the video but I watched parts of it on you tube. I can't wait!!!!! Congratulations on the first lb! :jump: lol.
Your probably gaining muscle as you loose the weight so even though you feel results you might not see a huge change on the scale right away. Some people actually notice they gain a few lbs before they start dropping when they start a new work out. Have you been able to do it every day? I heard it's hard but i'm going to try.

yes today is day five and I started on Sat. I hurt so bad on monday to finish but i just did less reps that's how bad i hurt, she says not to take a break but my muscles wouldn't let me if i didn't KWIM? Anway now that i feel like I pused myself even on those days i hurt i feel much better now and finished all the way through no stopping, so that's a plus LOL
I took a before and after pic so have way through I will take another one to compare i'm so excited can't wait for you to get started,
come on video get there already LOL

You're funny no i wasn't thinking that, I'm a sahm and so are my friends so i don't assume anything i know alot of women are at work on here too, but me nope i do nothing all day LOL hence the reason for the work out,

How much are you looking to loose? if that's not to bold!
I'm looking to loose about 15lbs if i can, not sure my body will let me, I wiegh 128 now but started at 129 and hoping to be at least 115-118 but that may be to small for my frame, anyway if nothing else to tone the flab of skin i have now from having kids and getting old LOL
I see you're in alberta, i'm in EWA not to far from there, how's the weather? we were suppose to be warming up but looks and feels still like winter,

Haha. I'm going to try to lose 10 - 15lbs. I'm 125lbs right now (which isn't alot for the average person, but i'm only 5'1"). A few months ago my husband and I both quit smoking and in return put on a bit of weight, lol. I've been trying to get in as good of shape as I can before we get pregnant.
Sorry, whats EWA? The weather here sucks. One day its spring and the next its winter, mother nature needs to make up her mind, lol.

yea so you are the same boat as i am for how much we want to loose not bad so today was day 6 almost ready to move to the next phase of the workout i was watching it but i'm afraid LOL anyway have you got yours yet? sheesh i hope you get it soon oh and EWA is eastern WA
