I'm going to start when I get home from work today, it was too late to start last night. Did you start the next phase?
It's actually nice here today. Well, maybe I wouldn't go as far as to say "nice" but better than yesterday :D

I think we posted at the same time, lol.

Tell me about it. I've started a diet and Soda is my weakness. Actually, coke slurpies are my weakness and they are a big no no for me right now since i've eliminated pop from my diet :(

Oh, you know what's good? If you have a blender, Mix the V8 fusion, ice, and whatever type of fruit you like. (i just did strawberries and raspberries) It's the best smoothie ever!

Good luck with level 2!!!

OMG, I am SO sore. I didn't start it until yesterday and today i'm really feeling it. Great work out so far, I really like it.
So level 2 is pretty tough? Has it got any easier yet? Good job getting back to 127, like I said before your weigt usually goes up before it startes coming down at the start of a new workout so if your just lindering at the same weight but working out everyday, your probably losing fat and gaining muscle pretty evenly. :D

Ugh, I know. I'm so sick of this weather. It's been blowing in from your direction so we get it a few days later. We just got a bunch of snow over the weekend and today is just cold and crappy out side. We always have sun here, but i'm hoping it will become a warm sun shortly. I can't wait anymore, lol.
Other than that nothing's going on. Just another manic Monday, lol. How about you?

It looks a bit nicer out today but I think we're going to get at least one more snow before I can start making my yard nice.
Yeah, we've started eating healthier. I eat instant oatmeal and a piece of fruit every morning. I hate oatmeal (well, the brown sugar cinnamon isn't too bad) but once I choke it down I feel fuller longer. I also eat a grapefruit at least every other day (if you don't like grape fruit you can squeeze it into your orange juice in the morning, you can barely taste it in there). Grape fruit juice helps you lose weight. For lunch I usually bring left over’s from dinner and some yogurt to work, then for dinner we've just cut out side dishes like potatoes and pasta and we're sticking to just our meat (any chicken, fish, beef or pork) with a salad or veggie side. No more pop or wine with dinner, just water, juice and milk. Oh, that’s another good one. I like to drink milk with dinner. I find that it fills me up so my portion sizes are smaller as well. Then for snacks while we're watching TV in the evening and stuff we've been eating cut up fruit, crackers, almonds and pop corn. I've found once you stop craving the starches the diet is really easy to follow.
I am still pretty sore but it's getting better. I believe level 2 is going to hurt, lol, but it's so going to be worth it!
We've been trying for 7 months now. We are thinking about taking a break. My husband is thinking of becoming a firefighter and while he will get paid for the training it wont be near what his salary is right now. I think in order to live comfortably I would have to be working while he's training. Plus when we do finally have kids I would love to be a stay at home mom. I'm kind of worried if we get pregnant now (Not that there's any sign of that happening, I'm not even sure I ovulate, started charting recently to find out) he'll have to put it off until after the baby is born and i'll have to go back to work so he can go to school. We're still investigating though, it's fairly new. If he can still work construction or something on the side we'll keep trying.
So you have 2 children right now and have stopped trying for the third? I'm sorry to hear that. When did you decide to stop ttc?

wow i wish i could get my family to cut out noodles/pasta and potatoes, rice is ok right? they like rice anyway it's def. a life style change, I'm working on that' s for sure but i see you are on your way to getting it done before me LOL that's ok gives me something else to strive harder for LOL Sounds like you have a plan for you and dh ttc i think you are still really young so you have time but with that said i had my first at 20 and then my other two few years later but now in my 30's come to find out the RE said we should have kids in our 20's  so i'm glad i did, i will never tell anyone they are still young again. So even if you are charting you can still look like you O, my suggestion is make an apt. with an OB and make sure you are Oing, if so then get a SA on dh if things are good then you have all the time to practice til you are ready KWIM. I found out even after having three kids that my tubes may or maynot be blocked with nothing to cause it. so you just never know.

I do have three kids 13(almost 14)7,9 two boys and a girl and my girl is in the middle, dh and i after our last got a Vasectomy but we since had it reversed and tried two years, to get preg on our own, we did IVF in Oct. only to have a m/c which was the hardest ever to go through since we've wanted this so much and come so far, KWIM,

ok got to run my dogs are going nuts

I was just reading your post, and saw your comment about your husband wanting to be a firefighter. I was a volunteer firefighter, and worked full time. I don't know if you have any volunteer departments near where you are, but the training is free, and it doesn't interfere with work too much. It's something to consider! :)

Oh, and just a quick note about instant oatmeal..... it's mostly sugar. You might think it's a good thing because it says oatmeal, but you're eating more sugar than oatmeal. Eating proteins for breakfast are the best bet for lasting energy!

Even if I get the one with reduced sugar? DAMN IT!!!!!!! Oh well at least it is filling, better than eating nothing and paired with healthy fruit.....right? I hope so, lol.
Thanks for the tip about the volunteer fire fighters. I don't think we have any near us though, just in the surounding smaller towns. The training here to be a fire fighter is paid, which is great, but it just isn't enough to get by comfortably. We are trying to find out now if there is room for him to do some construction on the side. If he can than we would probably be ok to keep trying while he's training but if not we might have to put it off. Like rainbowbrite said, we're still young. As long as we are both healthy and can try again later it's not the end of the world, just a bit of a downer. Damn recession!!!!
