Someone on one of the threads said too much exercise while ttc is bad
Do u think that is true?
Ive been recently diagnosed with PCOS and it is extra hard to get the weight off cause Im insulin resistant
Ive been going to the gym and getting a full workout going on everyday for an hour..ive shed a few pounds
I thought Its a good thing..Right!?!

I think it's fine so long as you’re not over exerting yourself and your losing weight in a healthy way. I mean "too much" of anything is usually not good. If you think your losing too much weight a little too quickly limit the work out a bit. Other than that I say go for it. :D

It's all about your heart rate - when pregnant it should not exceed 140bpm. Before pregnancy, and during ttc time you can exercise as much and rigorously as you want.

There is no such thing as too much exercise. You can exercise until you barf, and it's still okay. Just remain hydrated, and make sure you're putting in enough calories to match your level of exercise.

haha.. no, I'm not a trainer. I find diet and nutrition to be really interesting, and I keep an informed opinion through my naturopath and doctor. As far as exercise... I seriously think it's the wonder drug :)
