Did you know that sumo wrestlers slow down their metabolisms by not eating in the morning before their workout?

Just thought some of you might find this interesting, considering some believe it's better to eat less when trying to achieve weight loss.

Don't be afraid of food... it's your fuel! The trick is to eat the most in the morning, a little less in the afternoon, and lighter at dinner.

That is really interesting! It's so hard to eat a lot in the morning because I'm not so hungry! I usually try to get in the most carbs around that time though.

They also eat a big lunch then take a nap!
