On the first i started a low cal diet. Basicly not eating more then 1800 calories a day. And i'm doing great on it. I lost 2 pounds as of today! And 8 since the end of november(though i wasnt on a diet at that time)

I'm planning to start exersizing more here in the next week, i wanted to adjust to the diet first before breaking into the work out.

Yay, that's great! How's it been going for you lately?

I've been on a diet since Christmas and I'm almost at 17 pounds lost. I'm not really exercising yet, but I do restrict my calories to 1500 per day. So far it's working really well, about a 2 pound per week loss. I suppose if I would put in the effort to exercise I could probably do better! My current goal is to lose 40 pounds, so I'm almost halfway there!
