Anyone need to put ON weight?
I have PCOS. So I was overweight. And worked hard to change that. Now I'm considered "healthy". But I feel like a stick. I'm tiny. And I've heard being of too little weight can also make problems TTC. So does anyone have any advice on how to put on weight. It's really not as easy as it sounds. I've been trying for a year now. And stay at the same weight.
3 years, 6 months not preventing.
16 months actively TTC, doing all we can.
