I LOST IT AND FAST!!

I started my weight loss journey April 15th 2010 at 184.5 lbs. It is now MAY 26. 2010 and I'm happy to say I am 165 LBS! I wanted to share with you guys what I did in case anyone would like to know. First and foremost... I ALWAYS eat breakfast!! I use to never eat breakfast. I normally will have a bowl of honey nut cheerios with skim milk. I started buying Lean Cuisines for all my lunches ( just watch the sodium ) some are better for you than others. For dinner I started grillin out! I get round top round steaks and chicken and I LOVE it! I always eat it with a serving of veggies. I have found that for my snacking pleasure I really like Italian Ice! 100 calories and fat free :) Aside from that I joined Curves Gym, they operate with smart chips now so if you are a progression addict like me it works out perfectly because the computer shows you how many calories you burned and your muscle strength, improvements etc.. i burn on average 360 calories a work out.. keep in mind a workout is only 30 min long.. Jan 2010- Mini IVF w/ ICSI & TESA (FET) #1 FAILED, Embryo didn't survive thaw
June-Aug 2010 Conventional IVF w/ ICSI #1 w/ new RE CANCELLED, Funding fell through
Currently in limbo w/o direction as to our next step

Oh my gosh!!!! You look AMAZING and are so inspiring me!!! I am gonna forward to my sister too...we so need some inspiration. I have lost 24 pounds since the first of the year but have been stuck, stuck, stuck for over a month now. With an FET in 5 weeks I want to drop as much as possible before then. Thanks again for sharing!!!!!

aww thankyou! I completely understand the plateu heres what I did to break it. Set you preferred calorie limit for the week I suggest 1200 maybe a little less.. Aim to keep your fat calories below 12g each day but allow for a little flexibility it's ok to hit 15-17 etc. Workout each day on friday do you most intense routine. Friday night eat whatever you want don't binge or go crazy but enjoy it! Saturday rest go have fun eat what you want sunday eat whatever monday eat 1200 again workout as normal tuesday eat a little less maybe 900 and really give your workout all you got! Then repeat wed - fri as mentioned above. This will ramp up ur metabolism and confuse your body and break the stuck!! Do not do this if you don't work out you will just store fat. You should burn one meal worth of calories a day about 350.
