I need help losing my tummy!!

Postby Annabelle_M » Wed Jun 09, 2010 3:01 pm

I have put on the university weight and I can't get it off. So of course at just under 5 ft my belly looks like I'm 3 months pregnant and I'm not. Any suggestions would be great.

1. Never skip breakfast
2. Count your calories... Just counting them alone is proven to increase weight loss
3. Join a gym or do 45 min of cardio 4 to 5 times a week.
4. Lean cuisine lunches! And veggies

it's been a week shy of 2 months for me and I am 5'2 and down over 20 lbs! My waist went from 38 to 32!
I have a long history of ttc & miscarriage. many tears have been shed, however today, I'm celebrating new life and only thinking about today as we welcome baby #4

Thank you so much!!!! I never skip breakfast, I joined my fitnesspal.com to count calories, I have an energetic dog as of this week that makes me walk him 2x a day or more plus I go to the gym and I try to eat healthy lunches. I hope it'll work for me.

  so funny Kara!!!!

Saapabon I actually did 2 classes of hot yoga last summer when I was living in BC, it was so intense. I enjoyed it but I can't tolerate the heat in the room, it's suffocating!! Congrats on the 30 lbs!!!!!

Look up some pilates based Ab excersises. Anything core will help as well as Ab routines that use the ball.
