I wanting to lose 40 pounds. I really feel like that will help me become pregnant. I am going to be going to a re around the beginning of year and I feel like whatever treatments they try will work better if I was thinner. But I really need some help and encouragement, and would love to help and cheer others on as well. Anyone want to join me? :D

I would love to join you. I'm new to this board but not tww. I just lost my son at 23 wks. I'd like to lose atleast 20 lbs before ttc again. I think I'm going to break out my ww books and start exercising atleast 30 minutes a day 3-4 times a week and work up from there. What is you plan?

I'd love to join you ladies. I've been (not so succesfully) watching what I eat for the last few weeks but I have had lots of slip ups. I also have not been working out as much as I should be. I'd love to join in on the encouragement of others. I have A LOT to lose (>50 lbs)

I don't know about you guys but I find it hard to suppress my appetite. It's like I'm always hungry (lol). Also since I'm TTC, I won't use any caffeine or other weight loss/fat burning/energy supplements so I have to rely on my own motivation which isn't always working LOL

How are you ladies doing? Well I was doing pretty good with the exercising but right now have cramps so you know thats out the window! I have been working out using these stretchy bands. I really have been trying to pay close attention to what I eat. That is so hard! I love good food!
Adica Im so sorry for your loss. Have you done WW before? I am aiming to do at least so form of exercise everyday maybe thirty minutes or so. I got my nephew to walk around our property with me and he keeps me going fast!
Mrs S I wish I had enough disipline to cut my calories that low but I would go nuts!! We have about the same amount to lose!
Lara,I cant take any of those energy fat burner pills either, I cant handle caffiene at all so I gotta do it the old fashion way too! My problem is not so much trying to supress my appetite but I eat when I am not really hungry. A big no-no I know!
I know we can do this! :grouphug:

Hi all!

Mrs.Simmons- 15lbs in 2 weeks, man I wish I could do that. I KWYM by being motivated watching a baby story. I want to lose 20 lbs before ttc again, so I keep telling myself the sooner I get there the sooner I can be preggo again.

Maddy- Yes I've been on WW before and I really like it. I started on Friday and I weighed myself today just to see were I'm at and I've lost 3 lbs. So I'm stoked. I haven't be too motivated on the exercise though. I hope your cramps go away soon!

Lara- I'm with you I don't want to take any w/l supplements. I'm not trying/not preventing at the moment so I wouldn't want to take anything that could be dangerous if I did get preggo.

My official weigh in day is Friday, so I'll let you know how it goes. When is everybody else weighing themselves?

Haha Lara, I was afraid to, but I braved the rapids and now atleast I know my starting point. I'm actually excited to weigh myself in on Friday Morning. Knowing that HUGE number is keeping me motivated. LOL
