Now mind you, I'm only doing cardio (35 mins) and no lifting yet. Man, I am out of shape!

I know what you mean! 20 minutes of fast walking and I'm ready to collapse! I am thinking about instead of fast walking doing a light run. I wonder if that would burn more calories that way?

Yeah I think jogging would burn more calories because it takes more effort. You know what's great for fat burning? Intervals. Like walk 5 mins, jog 5 mins for an example (you could do whatever increments you want). I used to do that and it was great! I can't run at all now since I have pretty bad arthritis in both knees/

Intervals sounds like a good plan Maddy! That's kind of what I try to do. Except it ends up me just doing a jogging interval once b/c I don't have the energy to jog again, lol.

Lara - Good job at the gym last night! :)

Hey girls. I'm pretty excited that i was actually able to go to the gym today even though I had the HSG. I totally thought I'd be out of the gym for a few days LOL. I feel good.

wow - nice job on the calories Ashley! I used to do that way back, but I doubt I could be that strict nowadays.

I have a lot of friends who actually use fitday.com to log their food/calories. I heard it even breaks it down into macronutrients too. I've never been able to stick to a food journal at all LOL My willpower is so horrible. haha.

Hey ladies, how's it going? So, I've still been at the gym 6 days a week. Trying to keep up with that has been easier as time goes on. I push myself to go even when I'd rather lounge on the couch LOL

Last night we went to a bonfire and they had hot dogs and also SMORES and I resisted! I think I was the only person not eating SMORES. I did have a small serving of chili though and some veggies and dip. So, anyways, that's an accomplishment for me.
