I've put on a few and would like to try to take them off while TTC. I run--but haven't in the past few months (hence the weight gain). Do you think it's a bad idea to get into that while TTC? I know they say don't start anything new when pregnant but keep up what you are doing...I just worry about that time frame when you don't know you are pregnant yet.

Well I dont know for certain that it is ok, but I just started running/fast walking. I would think the blood flow would be a good thing while ttc.

With DD, I started running while TTC ( I used to run all the time when I was in the military but got lazy lol). I continued to run until 20 weeks pregnant, then I switched to walking 6 miles a day. According to my doctor, it was completely safe.

It did NOT effect me TTC. It helped me feel better and want to BD more. My body was also in a better place when I did finally conceive due to being in better shape.

I agree with maddy about the bloodflow. Can't hurt!
