opps, almost forgot to share this thought....i would like to blame the 3x/day progesterone for the weight gain....but that would be dishonest!

well, i will weigh in tuesday. it should be a loss, which will be good given the last two weeks of gains. i have tracked my ww points for the last 4 days, and exercised yesterday and today. i am getting closer to being within the healthy weight range for my height and a healthy BMI!!! i can't wait to get out of the "overweight" category!!!

i skipped weigh-in, the first one i have skipped since september. it was a nutty day, i was super bloated, and i had to head out of town. i was down that morning at home, so i would have had a small loss but i didn't take the time to go to weigh in.
ugh...i am in a slump with focusing and maintaining my progress. i have done well so far, but my self-control is not were it has been and i can't seem to get motivated. 10 more lbs and i will be at the top end of the range for my height....what can i do to get remotivated? i know some of it is stress.....new meds that resulted in a BFN and a family member with some health difficulties. it is also jan/feb, which historically have been tough months for me (i usually get the winter blahs).
any advice? support?

Alright, I lost the 4 lbs I gained
now to get serious and consistent again!

Just wanted to jump in and say first off CONGRATULATIONS on the weight loss and being so consistent! That is a huge accomplishment! I have recently returned to the TWW boards and I enjoyed reading your post and it gives me motivation! I joined WW this November and I am down 15 and I am pleased that it is coming off and I am praying and hoping between the weight loss, the reduction of stress, and the prayers that I will be able to get pregnant with #2 finally. Keep up the good work and let me know how things are going!

update...last week i gained .8 i think, this week i lost 2.4. i think i am up to 28.6 total!!
i am getting some nice compliments from others lately....feels good. but i do struggle with anxiety related to "unwanted" looks...makes me so uncomfortable.

yay for WW!!! i started about 3 weeks ago...
1st weight in--3.2
2nd weight in-1.4
3rd weight in....i didnt go because i had a bad week haha
but starting again on diet 2morrow and weighing in next sunday!!
im trying to get to 135ish
figured out if i lose 1.4 lbs every week ill be 143 by june 7th!!! yay!!!

Just a quick update....up to 30.6 lbs total loss! 5 lbs until i'm in the healthy range for my height/age

I'm also in the process of losing weight. 12 lb down 35 to go! I've already noticed it helping my cycles!

Can I join in on your group? I joined WW about 3 weeks ago and I've lost 11 pounds so far! I finally decided that having a baby was more important then ice cream
I love the program and I love the feeling of the weight coming off each week. And, my leader told me when I do finally get pregnant, its safe to stay with the program. It's motivating to see you ladies doing so well! Keep up the good work!
