here is my situation. Before TTC, I was 108. The first cycle TTC back in June 2012, I was 118. The first MC, I was 125. The 2nd MC, I was 128. Now I'm hoovering at 129 and I'm only 5'2". I really think I need to get back to 125...but everyone told me to stop exercising. I honestly think that they remember me back when I was a boxer (I used to do hardcore stuff). It's so hard to be so fit, able to run at ease to now do nothing and doing yoga (the light one at that).
Actually today, I just had it. I actually went running faster (definitely more than 140 bpm). Probably my last medium run then go back to yoga again

. I am convinced deep inside that my MCs is not because of my exercising (how could it be when I did nothing after the BFPs and my BMI is pushing to 24/25). But I don't want to disappoint DH & my mom. They keep telling me to stop exercising so I do, if anything, it's to calm their anxieties

. My Dr also told me the same so I figure I should listen. I think when I was 118, my period was so regular. I got my BFP when I was running 6 miles and the MC happened when I stopped running altogether 2/3 weeks later. Ah well...TTC is a confusing time hahaha...sorry for my long ranting..
