Hi ladies, Ive been quiet! I am at a stall, because I am taking femara and it is everything i can do not to gain right now. Fertility meds are rough!

Well nm here but glad everyone is exercising or their own thing.
I was going to do hydroxycut but am actually going to do the wrap thing instead also.

KTs pics look awesome so I am trying it out as well since I wanted to do it last year but didnt have $$$. Yay for income tax and hubby doing his thing now its my turn. Oh and also getting a tablet for myself. But now hubby wants one......really :-(?

80's, we are the same... food temptation is bad and I need to refocus when it comes to that coz I need to accelerate my weight loss. Right now I think I'm on the right track in terms of getting my daily workout... now next on the list is the food section. SELF CONTROL

How are you lovely ladies doing?
I finally got a gym membership, and haven't been able to use it at all! We had to call an exterminator and it's pretty much consuming our lives. (Just imagine the worst possible bug you can get.)
I stepped on the scale yesterday and saw 193.8. Yay! Today it said 196. Yay gone. Lol I really need to stop weighing myself so often.

Okay, this is pitiful! I usually do very light exercise (walking, etc) but with warm weather coming back, I decided to try some strength training.
Are ya ready for this? I can't do ONE push up!
I found a step-by-step training routine that is supposed to help get me there. It's do one normal -if you can- then 10 knee-ups. My arms and chest are killing me! Lol

Personally, I can do HALF a push up, the half where you fall flat on your face!
My SIL is very athletic and we usually go to zumba classes together and every time we are there, she says how easy it is for her, that she doesn't even break a sweat
Now, I'm a nice person, but every time I hear that.... Ugh!

Lol! Yeah, I can do the fall down part all day, no problem. It's the 'Now remove yourself from the floor' bit that's tricky.
That 'this is easy' comment from your SIL is the very reason I don't want to work out with DH. He's ex-military, so he doesn't exactly struggle with an elliptical. And he's never weighed over 190 (6'3") so he also doesn't understand why it might be hard for me.

Oh, absolutely. My husband is not ex-military but is still in excellent shape. The worst thing that right now, as we're watching TV, he's stuffing himself with chocolate waffels and I know nothing he eats will stick to his bones, nor will the waffels.
I mean, how are we supposed to compete with that? We're not, that's the answer. There is no way I will do sports with my DH. I love myself too much to do that
