How much is too much?

Ok, I am very aware that in all honesty I need to lose about 80 lbs, I'm not unhealthy, but I am overweight. I don't really want or need to lose it before or while ttc, my weight has never been a problem before. But I am trying to be more active, nothing major, I have a Gazelle that I work out on a few times a week, I just don't want it to be too much and hinder anything ttc related. So, I guess what I am asking is how much should I be doing? I I currently do 30-60 minutes a day, usually 15-20 minutes at a time, a few times a day. Any input is appreciated.
P.S. I do not take any kind of weight loss supplements or drink anything of that nature, just doing a healthier diet, and LOTS of water, less cokes and juices. Just trying the hard work approach. :)

I think as long as you stay active and are healthy you should be good. Just nothing drastic!
