Hi ladies!

Been a big girl all my life, have always been trying to lose weight. Right now i am logging everything in myfitnesspal and it seems to be working! down 14.4lbs so far!

I tend to find anything that requires measuring and tracking food intake to work, as long as I stick to it. I'm doing weight watchers online and it seems to be a good fit for me. I also cook more on the weekend so I can throw things together for meals during the week. We tend to not have a lot of energy or time to cook during the week! Good luck! 14 lbs is a lot! Keep it up!

Trying for #2 since February 2014
November Clomid 50mg-no Ovulation by day 21 confirmed by Progesterone .38
immediately took 100mg Clomid for 5
days, confirmed ovulation!

I love weight watchers because of the accountability each week by going to the meetings and weighing in. Only using myfitnesspal for now, hoping to join back up here soon and hopefully join a zumba class as well.

You should follow these tips for fast weight loss,
1. Running
2. Jogging
3. Swimming
4. Push ups

Swimming is one of the best way to lose your weight at the same time avoid Chinese foods.

Hello,
I also do these all exercises daily and take keto supplement. This supplement is very beneficial for losing body weight without any side effect.
If you know any weight loss supplements apart from this?? then please tell me...

Hello,
the best weight loss tip i can give you is stop eating products containing refined sugars especially 2-3 hours before sleep!
This helped lose so much weight.

I would encourage you to try fasting diet. I fast for 16h every day and have great results ever since I started!

Weight loss is a very individual thing and it can be connected with many factors like your genes, hormones, age etc., considering that everyone should make and try separate weight loss programm and follow it. That's why not also even good weight loss tips are effective for everybody :|
From my own experience I can say that such methods were helpful for me:
- making more cardio exercises
- cutting down on carbs for your daily diet
- regular counting of calories
- eating more slowly every time
- adding more fiber to your diet
- sleeping enough every night
- adding a resistance training
- more moving during the days in general (swimming, walking and running are perfect solutions for this!)
