Hi ladies , we have started trying to conceive from this months. I read various forums about exercising but ended up being confused as what to follow. Can you share what's safe and what not safe to exercise while trying to conceive. Few options below

As long as you are staying within your limits and not pushing to the extreme, exercise is great for TTC. It is recommended that you don't do hot yoga (or super hot showers, hot baths, hot tubs, etc) during the TWW because raised body temperature during early pregnancy can cause neural tube defects in the fetus. It should be safe during AF until you near your fertile period, though.

Yes you should not do hot yoga (or super hot showers, hot baths, hot tubs, etc) as it is not good for a pregnant women. i would rather suggest to do simple yoga and other exercises. You should engage yourself in one or the other activities. This is the best exercise as of my view.
